Stayed here on our way to and from Springfield , Illinois. This hotel is large and very clean. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Continental breakfast offered a variety of items both hot and cold. Alex who checked us in was wonderful. So pleasant and helpful finding us places to eat and shop nearby as well as telling us about local tourist attractions. He is an asset to your hotel staff and would be great in an Hampton Inn commercial! The indoor pool was cooler than we like and the hot tub was hot. We did enjoy the hot tub. The hotel also had a fitness center. The hotel is located very close to the Indianapolis airport and the hotel does offer a shuttle to the airport as well. Please check your bill before leaving as I WAS charged for 2 rooms the first stay and it took awhile to resolve since we checked out on Sunday and the desk clerk was alone and had to call for help . Also she couldnt change the rate and I paid an extra $11 for that night and told me she couldnt get a manager to correct it the day we checked out?? I will have my reservation booking printed off and with me the next time. { Alex had it right in the system on check in as I verified it} Otherwise, we had a great stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel is updated and rooms are clean and good quality. Hotel was packed but they had one elevator turned off. No “out of order” sign, just completely turned off so every elevator trip took forever, even at off hours. In the one working elevator there was also no circulating air. It was well over 90 degrees outside so the elevator was stifling. Also if you are Hilton Honors and normally get digital key so you can go straight to your room, don’t even bother here. Went all the way to room, didn’t work. Desk person told us “yeah, it has issues at night” but funnily enough worked after we were forced to go to the desk. It has “had issues” on our last 6 trips. Having issues “at night” over 2 years is not an “issue” - you’ve clearly decided to not allow people to skip the desk and decided to just not be up front about it. They’d rather have people go all the way to their room and have to come back down to get a key. Digital keys have zero usefulness at that point. They aren’t even a perk because they are sustainable because once the front desk says “yeah we have problems with them” instead of the more honest “we don’t allow them until after you come to desk”, I have zero faith in the reliability of digital keys in your hotel and will request a key every time. Hilton, do better. Its clear a very small subset of hotels have made this decision as we stay exclusively at Hiltons and its rare to have this issue. If a particular hotel decides not to honor digital keys, all I ask is don’t bother issuing them and save me the hassle of lugging my luggage to the room and then back down again so I know I have to go to the desk. I know you can do that because the Hilton Garden Inn in Chesterton started doing that in the app after several years of fake “digital key issues”.

Kayla the receptionist was wonderful. I give her a 10 plus plus. She helped me with my boarding pass and getting it printed off. She deserves a raise. I don’t know what we would have done without her help. You guys have a wonderful felt desk that helps anybody no matter how long it takes.

Clean and convenient to stay at prior to a flight. Easy check in. Restaurants not too far away. Just a short drive to fast park to catch a bus to the airport. Could hear the flights leaving overhead but didn't prevent me from sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.
