Beautiful hotel, it is inside the old Union Station. It is beautifully decorated in the lobby and old platform area right outside of our room. The staff are plesant, responsive and excellent in customer service. The room was large, beds very comfortable, and the shower was great. They have old train cars that are now rooms, we were sadly unable to stay in one they were all booked. But our stay was great and it's close to everything downtown. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definitely stay again.

Our room was located at the end of a very long hallway and had no outside window. I asked mgmt. about this, and they said, "Well, you have a window in the front of the room." It was in a dark hallway with no light. The room's lighting fixtures were all black on black, making them difficult to find in an already dark room. The bathroom was incredibly unsafe for seniors. Only one grab bar is located next to the commode, making it impossible to reach from where anyone weighing over 70 lbs would step up into the tub shower. The breakfast and Friday night dinner food were excellent. We attended a wedding that was very good in the Grand Ballroom, which was impressive.

This was our second time staying in a train car room and it didn’t disappoint. All of the employees were so helpful and kind and met all of our needs through simple text messaging. It was great because when we needed more towels, etc., we could just text while we were out exploring the city! They recently remodeled it so it was even nicer than our first stay! Great location, clean, and such a unique, fun stay. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

With out a doubt the least considerate hotel management I've ever come across. I travel non stop for work and family vacations throughout the year and I would never consider this particular location ever again. They are the most conveniently located hotel for my regular client meetings and I would still refuse to book at this hotel again. They don't care and it turns out the IHG Group affiliation is unable to intervene.

Stayed in the hotel while in town for a basketball tournament. Great location, close to stadiums, walking to quite lots of restaurants. Tons of character with the train theme. Alot of construction going on but it will be amazing when all done. Very nice people at front desk and a bartender we enjoyed talking to. Would definitely stay here again if we wanted to come back to Indianapolis. Next time would try to find self park as valet was $50/day and took quite awhile to get the car.

All the construction in the area. The pool was closed and part of the shopping mall. Other then that the hotel was great!

I went up to Indianapolis to see a basketball game, and this was my hotel. It was within walking distance from the arena, which I liked because I don't have a car. Also, since it used to be an old train station, the aesthetic was added to match that. There are some fun statues that call back to its history. The hotel was being renovated, so there were some areas that were hard to navigate.

So our issues began upon arrival when we had to debate with 2 different valet guys as to why we needed to park our company cars during check-in and could not leave the keys due to company policy. During check-in none of the amenities were mentioned, and they failed to disclose that the pool was closed due to maintenance, which we discovered as we passed by and saw a foggy green tint to the water. Rooms were okay, little small. Direct TV went out, so no HBO for us :(. So we couldn't park in any of the close parking spots due to the car key issue, and had to use the sketchy city underground parking which made my female coworkers uncomfortable. This hotel is not rolly bag friendly, reminiscent of hotels overseas, be prepared to lug your bags. No bell hop or cart for bag transport. Best service so far is at the restaurant. Little pricey but given the weather conditions we were limited. Decent ambiance, sans creepy statues throughout. Expected more, but I can see Starbucks from the front door. Directions from Google Maps are a wee bit inaccurate. Filet sliders, chicken wings, and Mediterranean Pasta is good. Restaurant and server get 4 stars. The hotel gets 1.5.
