The hotel staff is super helpful and very courteous, however the facility is basic and a big watchout is that if there is a concert going on over the road there is little chance of resting as the noise is very loud. Good for conferences but I would not recommend for a holiday. The rooms are quite spacious but lacks a restaurant and the nearest eatery is not very conveniently situated despite the interconnection to JW Marriott. During the stay I ate at Velocity which I found ok but somewhat unimpressing, the staff attitude varies wildly from uber friendly and accommodating to grumpy. The food is not brilliant and very much like a upper class “ Subway”.

average hotel. It looks like they are updating in some areas of the hotel, but our room was dated. Great location by baseball fields, museum and government buildings though.

Shout out to Heather and Nate at the Bistro in the Courtyard! Heather does a fantastic job with the honey wings — they are absolutely divine. Perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection every time. Nate makes an incredible black cherry old fashioned — smooth, well-balanced, and the perfect companion to the wings. Pair that combo with a good game on the TV, and you’ve got yourself a perfectly relaxing experience. Great service, great food, and an awesome vibe. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! My wife and I were greeted by Mike and he made us feel right at home. Really loved the layout of our room- bed facing the window and the curved couch were a nice change of pace. Conveniently located next to a gorgeous river. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Indy!

Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by valet staff. Then we experienced awesome customer service from Mike at the front desk who was professional and friendly. Overall wonderful experience. We definitely book again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel was excellent. Walking distance to the convention center, quiet clean rooms (like Courtyards are supposed to be), safe parking garage, and good morning coffee. Best part was the front desk staff - super responsive to any questions and needs (shoutout to Ryan, who was awesome multiple times despite the mountain of check-ins/checkouts going on!)
