This property has insufficient plumbing and should fix that before operating rooms

horrible stay This hotel was awful, we booked it months ago for an upcoming cheer competition, when we arrived it was showing permanently closed on the website, but was clearly under renovations. The front desk informed us that we had to let the water run for 10-15 min for hot water. The room was dirty, we went to target to get clorox wipes to sanitize the room

Do not stay here Upon looking this hotel up on Google, it shows as "permanently closed". It was open, but should be closed. The few rooms that are rentable are cobbled together and in very poor condition. Every single wall and baseboard needs to be painted. The floor is new laminate, but not cleaned. Our feet and socks were black! The toilets were working, sort of, and the front desk person told us to let the water in the shower run for 15-20 minutes before showering to get the hot water running?!?! What a waste of water! The 2nd floor was under construction, with several shady people coming and going. In addition, the rooms are not clean. It is in a very poor, scary part of town, with trash everywhere. The police were at the hotel 2 times during our stay. Across the highway is a walmart, but not really any other recognizable food establishments. A gas station is next door to the hotel, and that was our saving grace! They had a super friendly cashier, and had every snack we could have wanted. At the hotel, There is a breakfast of biscuits and gravy served each morning, eggs, sausage and a couple of other cold items. It was basic, but fine. Each room is given exactly 2 thin small towels, and we had to beg to get 1 or 2 more. The front desk person was nice, and tried to be accomodating, but he was the only one there most of the time and running it by himself. The cost was $100+ per night! and I would not stay here again. I am running out of space, but I could go on and on with my review.

We arrived at 9:30 pm after driving for 7 hours. Our 50 something old bodies were objecting loudly and I could feel the road moving under my feet still. Getting checked into the room we had reserved 3 weeks prior was one of two things we wanted at that moment; the other being dinner because we had already waited to long to feed my diabetic wife. We entered the lobby doors and stood infront of the front desk We expected to be greated by a warm friendlly face who was awaiting our late arrival as we had called hours earlier to let them know we would be late. That was not what greeted us. No. What greated us was a sign informing us they were assisstibg another guest. It went on to tell us to just leave the keys on the counter. Not particularly helpful. No adivice how to get checked in by the employee absent front desk. We tried calling thinking that surely.they took a cordless phone with them...but we just heard it ring unattended behind their sign. For about 20 minutes we waited. Sore, hungry, needing to use a restroom. Wen the young lady finally emerged, she walked down the hall towards the front desk. She neither acknowledged our existence nor did she appologize for the wait. She entered a door with a hand writted sign on it that said "WARNING if you are behind the front desk you best be front desk staff." Finally the young lady arrived at her post behind the front desk. She wore a plain white tank top that clearly showed a large white gauze bandage taped to her just under her right shoulder. There appeared be a bulge in the dressibg that looked like a drainage tube under the gauze. Silent I approached her in much the same way one would approach any mythical being. She also did not speak and finally looked at me square in the eyes, Still silent, and gave me an exaggerated shrug and eye roll that clearly asked the annoyed question of what the Hell do you want and why are you disturbing me. She eventually got us checked in and gave us keys. Since there was now an urgency if feeding my diabetic wife we went right back to the car that for hours was our prision and sought food having not yet seeing our room. It was just before 10pm when we left and as luck would have it, in this part of Indianapolis everything closes at 10. Everything. We got off the road and searched for something, anything to eat. For over 30 minutes we called restaurants off of Google that said they were open only to learn they had not updated their hours that had changed due to COVID. We finally found a place open 7 miles away and handeled the pressing concern. We arrived back to the hotel and entered our room. The king sized bed was cornered in the far side of the room surrounded by mirrors. The floor had a stickiness and a squeak under my shoes that dared me to ask why. I didn't. All cable channels were out, a condition I expected due to yet another hand written sign at the front desk that unappologetically informed me this paricular feature would not be avaliable des

As soon as I pulled up to this location, I was nervous. It’s in a sketchy area in a lot all by itself. There were barely any cars in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in, I got hit with a gross smell. I asked the front desk agent the occupancy of the hotel. He just responded “15”, to which I said “percent?!” Without even looking at me, he rudely says “rooms”. How I’m supposed to know the hotels overall room count is beyond me. After that terrible interaction, I walked down a filthy, smelly hallway to my filthy, smelly room. There was dirt and other stains on the walls, alarm clock, furniture and TV. One comforter had white stains on it and both had cigarette burn holes. It was literally one of the nastiest hotels I’ve been to and the front desk agent was rude. I took lots of pictures and went back to the front desk to immediately check out. The pictures of this place are deceiving! Do not stay here unless enjoy fowl smells and questionable stains!

It was a comfortable stay. I first had trouble with hot water, but after talking to the reception, the issue was resolved. Transportation might be difficult without personal cars, but otherwise, it was a good stay with nice price that included breakfast.

Seems like a good location but the hotel has definitely seen better days. Very old, dirty towels, hot water went out in the middle of my daughter showering. Would have preferred to move to another hotel but just ****** it up since we were only staying for the night.

The doors were broken, the sheets were stained and over all it was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The door wouldn't shut without lifting up on it. No mount for the shower head. However the bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful.
