Aloft Indianapolis Downtown

Sabrina, the valet set the tone for being welcome and happy. Such a welcome reception afyet a long road trip to arrive, bringing our son to university. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Speedy service. Excellent customer experience. Great hotel experience. Very clean hotel. The staff were very attentive.

Four of us were driving via Indianapolis helping a family member move from the West coast to the East coast on Friday July 25th. We had not expected to stay in Indianapolis but car trouble earlier in the day delayed our journey. When we realized we would make it to Indy very late that night we started to find hotel rooms for the night (we needed 2). But we could not find any rooms - there was a convention that weekend. Finally we thought we had booked 2 rooms at Le Meridien but when we arrived to check in at 2am the front desk staff said they would not check us in and had no solution for us - super unimpressed. So we started called other hotel front desks and Samantha at the Aloft answered (yay!) and that the Aloft had 1 room! We drove straight over. There was a super helpful man at the entrance, Officer Thomas, who welcomed us, explained what was going on and looked after our fully loaded cars all night because we had to park on the street. Samantha at the front desk was incredibly welcoming despite it being close to 3:30pm by the time we were checking in. She helped get us all we needed for the night. We were so thankful for her hospitality. And Ivan who was on valet all night helped us with parking tips as he couldn't take the cars into the parking lot. All in all super impressed with the staff - they changed a disaster into a win!! Thank you so much!!

Liam and Evan were awesome and really friendly. Not only parked our car but helped us find fun different places to go and things to do. If you are in Indianapolis looking for a hotel the ALoft is a nice hotel with nice people. Our room was clean and comfortable

The fresh design of Aloft rooms is such a good experience. Sabrina and her valets were very helpful on our arrival. For me, a comfortable bed and great shower are essential for a good visit, both can be counted on here in Indianapolis at the Aloft

First off WOW!! The uniqueness of this hotel made me feel ready to conquer downtown Indianapolis. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and they just made me want to stay longer! Like I said, all the staff was amazing but Aimee at the front desk went above and BEYOND for me and she was very welcoming and took care of my every need efficiently. I will definitely be coming back to stay and I hope Aimee will be there again! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay, going to recommend this hotel to every friend and family member!
