There is a private backyard with patio if you would like to grill or just chill. Security camera's surround the parameter for your safety and privacy. Parking spot on well lit driveway. Dogs are permitted with pet fee. No cats please. It's a very quiet, comfortable, and relaxing place. Went for a getaway and NASCAR races. It's very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is super nice. Yeah, getting ready to book again for next year. Thank you.

Perfect!!
We had the best time on our visit to Charlotte for the PGA Championship!! Carla and Kurt were the best hosts! They were so hospitable and their property was clean and just perfect for our week long visit. Stocked well for us to be able to cook meals at “home”. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Charlotte area!

Perfect in every way!
I cannot say enough about my wonderful stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my two month visit. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The hosts are lovely people, easily accessible and most accommodating.
