Positives: Great location, staff, and room (one bedroom suite). Pool was a little small but still nice. Negatives: Ice machine is located in the parking garage. Didn't notice any parking garage security. Would've been nice to have a gate at the garage entrance ensuring the cars entering have a hotel room key card.

Only good point I can make location to surrounding area is good, Housekeeping staff is very Friendly. Besides that will not return or recommend. To many Reasons to LIST them all. Unfortunately I’m not able to leave a good review, this was our Second visit & the LAST. M.

The staff is always amazing & super helpful & I enjoy coming here when I need to come for work in the area. The remodal from the hurricane looks great!

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We showed up early and left late. When we got here they were able to get in our room right away. When leaving, the front desk was willing to hold on to our luggage for a bit while we continued to use the amenities. The friendly staff was the best part of our stay here but the facilities are top notch. If ever in clear water again we would definitely come back!

The condo was very roomy and clean! The staff was friendly and accommodating!! However, the WiFi was very weak and not secure. And the toilet paper was cheap and of VERY POOR QUALITY. I've been in gas station bathrooms with better quality tp!

Nice accommodations. Clean. Across the street from beach but water views from the other side. Very helpful staff. Questions answered quickly. Chairs & umbrella use for $25 a day. Would stay again. There’s a trolley that goes up and down between several beaches but funny, we didn’t see it until we were leaving.

The staff were so great!! They always answered our questions! There was a trolley that we were able to ride north and south and that allowed for convenient traveling!!! Also rented the bikes from the resort and had a phenomenal time riding!!

Great location, quiet, new on water tiki bar on property, pool onsite. Rooms were updated, clean and spacious.We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit , great suite. Little balcony off the bedroom to watch the canal . Short walk to stores and shopping, 5 min walk to the beach, quiet at night as well. Highly recommend.
