Approximately 1500 sq. ft. with open floor plan and just steps from the sandy beach. Watch sunsets from your own balcony or the beach. Two covered parking slots/two additional slots (tandem). Dining room seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen is stocked with plates/bowls/cups/glassware, silverware, cooking utensils. Both bedrooms feature king size beds and have seating areas. Large screen TV in the family room with HD cable. WIFI included. Restaurant is easy walk -- 1/4 mile and a convenience store is less than one block walk. Pub/restaurant also1/3 mile walk. You can rent boats, paddle boards, canoes, motor scooters -- a short walk away. A car is necessary for trips to sights in Tampa St. Petersburg or Orlando. However, the PSTA Trolly stops near the apartment on Gulf Blvd. offering service to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Gorgeous Place!
We had a lovely time. This place was gorgeous and we had a beautiful weekend. As busy professionals, we often stay out of town for long weekends. Tom was wonderful. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend this place! Literally steps from the beach!

Short 4 day trip
Playing senior softball in the Tampa area and wanted to spend some time at the beach. Very good location and owner. Could not ask for more. I would stay again.

Beautiful location - easy breezy
We were only here for a few days, but thoroughly enjoyed the house . The 2 bathrooms each connect to a bedroom ( I wasn’t sure from the pics) so that was perfect for us ! It’s even more spacious than it looks in the pictures too. The beach access is really just a few steps from the driveway. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier .

Awesome location
We loved our stay here! The place was exactly how it was described and then some. My wife and I went with another couple and our dogs. Both bedrooms had king sized beds and their own bathroom so it was perfect for 2 couples. The communication with Tom was fantastic before, during, and after our stay. Will definitely be booking this property again!

Comfortable Beach Hideaway
This spacious 2BR/2BA property was perfectly equipped for our beach vacation. Very few steps were required to reach the beach, making it easy and convenient to spend lots of time walking and lounging on the clean Indian Shores sand and swimming in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters. The well equipped kitchen and spacious living area made our stay equally enjoyable when we were not on the beach. Tom, the owner was very easy to reach and check-in and out were no hassle. Cheers!
