Magical getaway beautiful location This place was the answer to my prayers. It was magical. The scenery, waterfront, and location was the best. It was outside the hustle and bustle. It truly was the getaway location I desperately needed. I will be back!

Hidden Gem! Spectacular. From the ocean view to the hosts' kindness, this is a Must-Stay for anyone looking to relax. Don't bring your laptop, it will lay dormant while shore hunting.

We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath cottage. Very nicely done. Beautiful setting. Only issue was figuring out the TV system. Also when we turned on the heater the TV froze! A couple plugs did not work so a couple of minor issues. If you do not eat out at every meal shop before you arrive. There is a big superstore In upper tantallon 20 min away. There is no food store in Peggy's cove area except for a "market" that carried aisles of chips and little else. Luckily we always travel with basics so we were good.

Spent 3 days visiting the area around Peggy's Cove and stayed at Lighthouse Cottages while visiting Lunenburg,Chester and Peggy's Cove. The Cottages are very rustic with sublime views of St. Margaret's Bay. Very nice room with a fridge,microwave and dishes. Nice simple meals because if you are doing a 5 week trip around the Maritime's you will end up in the poor house if you pay for all your meals. Very comfortable bed and hosts Deena and Colin were very accommodating helping me with my mobility issues.
