Our experience was terrific. Manager and staff were very helpful and supportive during our long stay. They always accommodated all our needs and more. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff always greeted us in the morning during a very nice breakfast. We will be returning in the fall. Mr. & Mrs. Stewart

Clean and spacious. Room was clean and spacious and we would definitely stay here again. Reduced 1 star because wifi and breakfast are not very good. Both important in my opinion

We were satisfied with our short stay here. Convenient to reach. Comfortable bedding. Small kitchenette equipped and a couch. Draw curtain to enclose bed somewhat. Very good shower. Sufficient gym. Disappointing breakfast not as good as that of a Hampton Inn.

I had booked an 3 night stay for April. 25-27. The property was clean & well keep, Staff very courtesy. I had visited the fitness center, there were no sanitary wipes, 04/28/25 @ 9:15 am. The Microwave oven didn't function, other than that I had a terrific stay. I'm planning on returning soon. ,

Comfortable and very clean hotel located just south of Cleveland - easy on/off from highway. Quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms and beds with plenty of space to relax. Friendly staff (Reese was very engaging as we checked out.)

I've stayed at this property for a number of years now. From the best of times to its steady decline. It's been a continuous decline. The other factor is the ******* booking. Second class rooms are a standard at many brands when booking through *******. Loud room, next to elevator, cracks in the shower, tv remote doesn't control TV or all these factors in this most recent visit. I'm over the second class garbage being subject to when booking through *******.
