The privacy and space were amazing. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, which was two stories, at each level, had a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom, one bedroom, and an outside balcony or patio, as well as several fireplaces and televisions in the living room and bedroom. The upstairs suite had a Jacuzzi in the loft, with gorgeous views of the trees. The staff was very responsive from booking, to check in and check out. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything at the ready, I was even surprised to find salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, etc.. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It felt very private and homey/cozy, and spacious. We easily could have fit to families of four comfortably. I do wish passes were available for incline village beaches though.

We had a wonderful stay in our one-bedroom timeshare unit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. Customer service was good, and a special thanks to Yoli, who was incredibly friendly and helpful—she truly went above and beyond. The only downsides were that the bistro table and stools were uncomfortable, so we brought our own small table and used the balcony chairs for meals, which worked out nicely. Also, the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, which made it a bit challenging when we needed to get online. Despite those minor issues, we had a great overall experience and would gladly return!

2-bedroom is not functional for a young family
As a one-bedroom, we were happy with this condo. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were as expected and in-line with the pictures. If looking for a one-bedroom, I'd be happy to stay here again.
However, we booked this location specifically because it said there was a 2-bedroom option. What we learned upon arrival is that this was not a 2-bedroom unit. Instead, we were given access to two individual one-bedroom condos, part of the same duplex. This could be a fantastic value for two different groups of adults. Unfortunately, we booked the 2-bedroom as we have 2 small children

DVD not working. Furnace broke down in the middle of the night. It's snowing outside and it's very cold. I need a refund.

Almost great.
Great location. But, almost no hot water! So almost cold showers , not great in February!
The refrigerator makes loud annoying noises all night. Check in staff didn’t make our keys work for two nights, so I had to go get new keys in the middle of my stay. Bathrooms need updating.
