This was by far the worst resort/hotel experience I’ve ever had. Despite its claim to be a 5-star ultra all-inclusive resort, it fell far below those expectations. • Check-In: Our arrival was a nightmare. After a long transatlantic flight, we were ready to start our two-week vacation, but the front desk manager greeted us with rudeness and indifference. He didn’t introduce himself, raised his voice, and dismissed our concerns about being placed in a temporary room for the night, despite our pre-booked reservation. We’re a group of three women, including my 80-year-old grandmother, but his attitude was unprofessional and hostile. The next day, the room we were moved to was small, old, with stained bedding, and a view of the road. Attempts to discuss alternatives were met with more aggression from the same front desk manager, though a customer relations agent eventually offered a slightly better room – but only with an extra charge. We later learned other guests had similar issues with this manager. • Food: The food quality and service were extremely disappointing. Meal times are limited, and staff start clearing tables, turning off lights, and mopping floors before the end of each meal period, making guests feel rushed. The food was repetitive, overly salty, and greasy, with limited variety (mostly fried mackerel and meatballs). Vegetables tasted artificial, and the coffee was instant, with dry milk and Lipton tea as the only option. The a la carte restaurant’s appetizers were decent, but the main courses were underwhelming (and required an extra charge). Flies were present throughout the dining area, and we frequently found dirty silverware and dishes. • Entertainment: The entertainment was minimal and lacked variety. It’s a very boring place, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. • Location and Transport: The hotel is isolated, with no nearby infrastructure or taxis. The only way to reach Alanya is by hotel transfer or public transportation, which takes much longer than a 30-minute car ride. On my birthday, we took a hotel transfer but were not informed that it was a national holiday, which caused significant delays in returning. When we reached out to guest services, they made some attempts to help with our return transfer but ultimately were not very effective. This unexpected stress affected my grandmother’s health and forced us to cancel a tour the following day. • Staff and Service: The staff’s attitude was generally unwelcoming and indifferent. Every interaction felt like they were doing us a favor, rather than providing genuine hospitality. We received no information about shows, dining hours, or a resort map at check-in, nor any other information that guests should be informed of. • Amenities: Basic amenities were of poor quality. The shampoo and body wash were so harsh that they caused dryness and irritation. On multiple occasions, I found body lotion bottles filled with hair conditioner. There were no r
