We booked a package including a variety of activities including husky sled ride, northern lights hunting by car and reindeer, snow mobile, ice fishing, snow shoe night hike and cross country ski lessons. All staff both at the hotel and on the trips were friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely committed to making sure we had a good time. Our large room had a magnificent view of the frozen lake from its glass balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, shower excellent and the in-room sauna worked well and was quick to heat. We had half board and were satisfied with the variety available for both breakfast and dinner. We were so lucky to have fantastic sightings of the northern lights/aurora which, together with the service at the hotel, ensured a memorable 5 night adventure.

Hotel ligt op een hele mooie locatie aan het meer. Ontbijt is matig zeer eenvoudig met geen afwisseling. Kamer word maar een keer in de 9 dagen schoon gemaakt ook krijg je maar een keer schone handdoeken. Als je naar de sauna gaat liggen daar geen handdoeken moet je je kamer handdoek meenemen. Voor 5 euro kan je een nieuwe handdoek krijgen. in ons geval 7 x een schone voor op de kamer en 6 x voor in de sauna is dus 13 x 2 maal 5 euro is 130 euro. Dineer is wel lekker maar heel erg weinig met eigenlijk geen keuze 8 x dezelfde 2 strookjes groente erbij gehad. We bestelde daarom maar extra een bakje patat erbij de eerste keer kregen we het gelijk met de soep de t****e keer met het toetje en de derde keer zelfs na het toetje. ook de sauna is vaak dicht alleen maar enkele dagen van te voren bespreken met veel extra kosten.

Das Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Bett war super bequem, leider war es etwas zu warm im Zimmer und wir konnten das nicht kühler kriegen durch den Regler. Wir hatten die eigene Sauna im Zimmer, was wirklich toll war. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle nett und freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und der Service nett. Wir kommen wieder, falls es uns in diese Gegend verschlägt.

The hotel was a very comfortable, relaxing place with an excellent restaurant serving top quality food, complimented by their waiting staff. The staff overall were extremely helpful and made my stay a pleasant time. Natalia Kaur was a very friendly and informative about the menu as well as professional in her approach. The view from the restaurant was very pleasing and photogenic.

Perfekt am See gelegen, dass macht den Unterschied. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und bieten alles was es braucht. Der Service ist zuvorkommen und es ist sauber. Die Betten erlauben einen guten Schlaf mit Aussicht über den See. So lässt es sich gut leben und geniessen.

Posizione ottima in riva al lago Inari, abbiamo visto l'aurora boreale dal molo dell'hotel!!! Camera e bagno funzionali e puliti. Letti comodi. Non c'è ascensore. Parcheggio gratuito dietro e davanti all'hotel. Colazione a buffet ottima, buonissima e.... con vista lago!!!! Ci tornerei sicuramente!
