The staff are friendly, helpful and the overall experience of stay was very good. The quality and variety of food is upto the mark. Cleanliness stands out. Large, specious rooms with all modern amenities. Pleasant stay. Location too is at the heart of the city

As always, under the leadership of Manager Mr. Surchand ji, a warm welcome by the receptionist Ms. Tababi, Ms. Caroline & Mr. Atangba -also a friend at front office, greets the guests. Atangba guides & takes care of the guests personally. The restaurant staff service is good. Neat clean & hygienic room. Thanks Team Classic Grande Imphal.

We hang out at classic grande at night and have a wonderful Manipuri thali which was traditional food and the food was amazing taste and the design which they bring out was outstanding hand made bowl by banana leaves and at last they us dessert item which was made by black rice we call it chak-hao kheer it was fabulous I suggest u guys to taste this thali when u come to classic group of hotel’s

Awesome experience and Ovia served top class service in F&B, Quality food served and found excellent ambience, Stay also good. Hotel is fantastic for all types of travellers and location of hotel also an ideal,we really enjoyed lot in this hotel with quality food and stay

Excellent property with very courteous staff.. Mr Surchand and Mr Atangba in the reception and lobby sure know how to make you feel at home. Keep up the good work :) The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The newly renovated swimming pool is definitely a big plus for the upcoming summer months . Overall- a very wholesome experience. Definitely recommend

Outstanding experience, loved every minute of it. The moment we arrived we were welcomed by a kind, warm reception team who made us feel so special. It was a lovely welcome after a long journey from Australia. The hotel concierge and cleaning teams were also exceptional and the restaurant served great food. The restaurant staff were also fantastic. Thank you everyone for an outstanding stay, Highly recommended

This was one of my many experiences with this Hotel which involves long periods of stay. The room was very comfortable, clean, inviting and downright Classic! The staff goes over and beyond to help make my every stay memorable and enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, to the housekeeping are delightful, professional and always eager to help. Some of the staff that I had to interact with on a daily basis and who deserve special accolades are Surchandra, Deepak, Atangba, Sanjeeta, Tababi and Prashuriya (all at front desk) and the F&B experts Sonia, Pinky, Princey, Ovia, Chanu, Bidiya and Surphy. Congratulations to the Managers and supervisors for providing a great experience to the guests every time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Imphal. Thanks.
