Camera senza acqua calda per tutta la vacanza nonostante le lamentele allo staff ed alla titolare. Cucina e pulizie affidati completamente a personale inadeguato, qualità abbassata sensibilmente rispetto agli altri anni.Piscina acqua non scaldata. Fornelli a pagamento. Parcheggio a pagamento obbligatorio, cartelli di divieto di sosta abusivi, lasciata fuori parcheggio fiancata auto rigata. Dopo tanti anni di frequentazione perso 2 clienti/famiglie, peccato.

Poussières et cheveux dans la salle de bain, matelas usé, manque alèse, coffre de lit avec des traces, serviette de bain trace marron, garde fou de la piscine à remous cassé, rafistolé avec de la colle avant notre passage, du coup colle flottante. Bref,La propreté reste à revoir dans sa globalité. Deçu des prestations, dommage car le contexte et la vue reste agréable.

Mon mari a réservé deux nuits avec weekendesk, l’offre comprenais une chambre supérieur avec bouteille dans la chambre, petit déjeuné et 30 min de spa privé. En lisant les commentaires j’ai quand même eu un peu peur de ce qui nous attendait…. Heureusement à notre arrivée nous avons était rassuré car tout était très bien. Les réceptionnistes sont très gentilles et à l’écoute, notre chambre était super, propre, grand lit, coin salon et avec un balcon vue sur la vallée. En cette saison ( février) il n’y a pas grand monde donc c’est calme. On peu pratiquer toute les activités proposées sur place ( piscine couverte et chauffée, tennis, mini golf, ping pong, air de jeux pour les enfants…) Le spa est très bien et bien privatisé pour nous deux, un bon moment de détente. Le buffet du petit déjeuné est très bien, il y a un peu de tout. Nous avons manger aussi un soir au restaurant sur place. Alors oui il y a un buffet, mais nous nous avons pris à la carte dans une salle à part à côté ( plus cosy) les serveurs sont agréable et nous nous sommes régalé. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre séjour, c’était super. Seul petit bémol, parking payant à la nuit 15€ et dans la chambre le frigo était bruyant ( on le débranchait la nuit) et la télé que des chaînes italiennes. Grazie a tuti

Posizione strategica, a pochi minuti di auto dall'autostrada di Imperia Ovest, cosa che mi ha permesso di gestire facilmente i miei impegni lavorativi. La stanza era ben arredata, spaziosa e dotata di una scrivania comoda, perfetta per lavorare in tranquillità. Inoltre, la connessione Wi-Fi è stata stabile e veloce, un aspetto fondamentale per chi, come me, deve rimanere connesso. La vera sorpresa è stata la colazione: un buffet ricco e variegato, capace di soddisfare ogni gusto. Dai croissant freschi ai piatti salati come uova strapazzate e formaggi locali, passando per frutta fresca e secca, tutto era preparato con cura e attenzione. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la presenza di opzioni per intolleranze e preferenze alimentari, segno di un’attenzione speciale verso gli ospiti. Il personale, infine, è stato professionale e cordiale, pronto ad assistere con un sorriso in ogni necessità. In conclusione, consiglierei questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole per lavoro, con il valore aggiunto di una colazione che dà la giusta carica per affrontare la giornata. Sicuramente tornerò!

Renovation a la va vite à refaire Le personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils Le petit déjeuner est excellent excellent Le repas dîner est bof avec buffets avec trois salades flétries et qq tranches charcuterie fromages pire pour la tapisseries un tiramisu et une panacota fruits bien sûr. Pour des buffets le choix est limité je pense que des efforts peuvent être facilement faits

Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant , la réception au top , l’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel surtout l’été en hiver pas grand chose à faire mais le repos y est . Négatif sur le restaurant : payer 19eu un hamburger sans accompagnement ni sauce dedans c’est abusé plus sec il y’a pas le pain étais hyper dur on la fait repartir il es revenu entièrement cru même pas chauffer ma compagne n’a même pas manger … Les pâte au fruit de mer sont pas mauvaise mais je trouve les prix un peut excessif pour ce que c’est .. si non le personnel et adorable changer juste le cuisinier mort de rire .
