Quando me hospedo em um Hotel Ibis normalmente tem o mesmo padrão, mas o de Imperatriz é bem abaixo da media.
Funcionarios mal treinados, instalações envelhecidas e mal cuidadas, quarto estava sem toalhas e controle ar, estacionamento sujo e café da manhã ruim.

Quartos velhos e sujos, lençóis finos e sem acabamento mínimo, soltando fiapos, no banheiro o chuveiro central não conseguia deixar a água cair no centro mas sim em volta de você e por incrível que pareça, o recipiente de shampoo estava vazio. Além de tudo isso, a atenção e a cortesia do funcionário Alex foram impressionantes, torço para que ninguém seja atendido por esse sujeito. Zero flexibilidade e ao perguntar sobre a possibilidade de antecipar o café da manhã me respondeu com os seguintes dizeres: “MEU AMIGO, O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É AS SEIS E TRINTA”, de forma enfática, ríspida e rude. Para melhorar, no dia seguinte as 6:30 o café da manhã não estava pronto e atrasou nossa saída para Belém, já que estávamos viajando de carro. Foi a maior decepção que já tive em hotéis e jamais esperaria algo do tipo em um Ibis.

Já fomos em outro momento nesse hotel e foi muito bom. Nessa viagem achamos que o quarto está com pouca manutenção. O frigobar estava so gelo. Meu esposo fez a retirada para podermos usar. O banheiro com cabelo na área de banho, como se nao tivesse sido limpo de um hóspede para outro. O café da manhã bem simples com poucas opções. Mas para passar uma noite atendeu nossa necessidade. Tem garagem e manobrista, o que é legal. E os atendentes são ótimos. Mas os quartos precisam retomar a qualidade.

Razoável. Parece que precisa de reforma, pintura. Paredes manchadas. Cheiro de esgoto na garagem e no andar que fiquei (décimo). Já o café da manhã, apesar de simples e com poucas opções, estava excelente.
