Great to stay several nights, the room was cozy enough for staying alone and the breakfast was good enough. See View with iceberg was just fascinating. Free transit service from and to airport was great service provided (one way trip by taxi from airport is about 150dkk)

The location of the hotel is relatively convenient for the city center and the gathering place for activities. The hotel design is very good and very new. The breakfast is very good and there is a car to pick up and drop off. It is worth staying again!

This hotel is old and the interior is a bit dated but otherwise quite lovely. Very good service! Good location! Free airport transfer! Delicious breakfast! Restaurant is very good if you want to grab a nice dinner!

The exterior looks quite old. When I entered the room, I felt that it was clean and had everything it needed. It used to be considered a very good hotel. The restaurant was also good. The CP value of the room price was relatively high. The service staff at the front desk were all very nice.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement en contrebas du restaurant. Nous avions une petite kitchenette, un lit double et une mezzanine avec un autre lit. La vue depuis la chambre était très belle ( vue sur la baie avec les icebergs ). Nous avons bien dormi car le matelas était bon et c'était très calme ( aucun bruit ). La chambre et la salle de bain mériteraient toutefois un bon rafraichissement. La salle du petit déjeuner est très joliment décorée. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Le personnel était agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé et on peut se rendre facilement à pied au centre ville, aux différentes activités et sur les sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons mangé le buffet groenlandais dans leur restaurant ; ce fut une très belle expérience.

Servicio fantástico. Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas sin que estuviéramos alojados en el Hotel. Comimos unas hamburguesas de buey azmilclero estupendas disfrutando de unas cervezas con vistas espectaculares de la bahía llena de icebergs. Si tenéis que hacer una pausa entre excursiones no os lo perdáis.

The best this hotel offers is the view from the room. I'm not sure all rooms have a view of the harbor, but make sure the room you book has that. The room itself was plain, poorly cleaned, and showed signs of neglected maintenance. A can full of cigarrett butts was left on the veranda, some drawers had not been emptied and cleaned, and the paint on a wall in the pentry was in fragments. Outlets were awkwardly placed, and the WiFi was very slow. Our room was advertised to sleep three persons. It does, but the third bed was in a loft with crawl space only. Be prepared to lug your baggage up and down the stairs. In fairness, let me acknowledge the beautifully adorned toilet stool. The shower head would deserve an upgrade. It could also save water.
