When I made the reservation, I was advised that the front desk had limited hours, so I emailed them to confirm that it might be out of hours, and they replied immediately that they were open 24 hours a day, which was a good impression.

The location is good when exploring the old face of Iloilo City and it's accessible to the City Hall, Iloilo Port and some malls. The staff are warm and accommodating but however I think the management should seriously consider changing all their linens and towels as the white colored clothes have faded.

Although it was small, it was clean, the front desk was friendly and I had a comfortable stay. The room furnishings were well designed and I felt at ease.
