i SPECIFICALLY INFORMED THE FRONT DESK TO PUT MY ICE PACKETS IN THE FREEZER. THE ICE PACKETS ARE FOR MY STORAGE OF MY MEDICINE. I REPEATEDLY REMINDED THEM AGAIN AS FOR 2 SEPARATE CHECK INS PRIOR, THEY FAILED TO DO IT. WAS SUPRISE TO SEE THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY PLACED IT IN TH CHLLER. HAD TO HURRY AND LOOK FOR ICE TO STORE MY MRDS BECAUSE OF THIS, WHICH DISRUPTED MY MORNING.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF THEY CAN PUT IT IN THE FREEZER THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME SO I CAN LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES

I guess this hotel is the worst I've stayed, the condition of the room is really bad, especially the towels. It's really made me so surprised that they don't provide toothbrush, toothpaste, and no slippers.
Oky back to the towels are not clean. Tobe honest It's my first time seeing a dirty white towel on a hotel. The floor is too sticky. No proper table if you wanted to eat or do something. I don't think the price is right for the quality of the room. Excluded for staff, they are nice and approachable and friendly.

This place is close to everything. No room service though but who needs it when there’s a mall right beside it. Very easy to find too

The room is okay but hindi gaanong malinis based sa experience namin. And the wifi (pls see photo speedtest) ok naman kaso nawawala ang wifi hindi siya consistent. May work ako online and their wifi is not so reliable dahil nawawala ang connection. Keep on calling the customer service and they keep on refreshing the connection naman.
Overall, the rate is ok for a budget-friendly hotel.
