I stayed here once in May and am back again this time.
It's conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from SM City and about a 15-minute walk from the business center.
I felt safe even at night.
However, the shower had no hot water and the water pressure was low.
I think this is the best considering the location and price, but I don't think it should be compared to the level in Japan.

Comfortable bed . Good restaurant (better food options compared to those in a mall in front of hotel.) Good restaurant with a view on the roof top . Service was good (Ms Faye at counter was helpful) Free pick up service from Airport.
