A landmine! The room rate is not low, and it feels like a state-owned guesthouse from the 1980s. The decoration is falling off, the toilet is leaking, the air conditioner does not work, and the wifi coverage is poor. The service is also the worst in the entire Balkans, and they just said "we can do nothing". I fled immediately after staying for one night...

The staff is racist and rude!!! A guy wanted to beat an old man and nobody believed it. There were no cameras, which made it even worse, and the staff did not want to support the family because they weren’t Bosnian. This is clearly nationalism…

This place was terrible stealing payments and not refunding peoples money that was paid in advance. Also, there is no proper management the place is chaos, people starting fights, disrespecting elders and trying to hit them and start fights with them. I do not recommend coming to this place at all.

Terrible experience. The place was very filthy, with dirty floors and stained bedding. The service was just as bad—staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to complaints. Definitely not worth the money at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.

this hotel have no CCTV, anything can happen. and one of the staff here got bribed right in front of me to get my room so I had to get another lower class room because of fasad of the mangment its a ***** hotel. and this is so expensive for low quality rooms and sevices, I advise you horbly donot come here!
