I think you need a non-slippery mat in the shower room.
You need a hoke near the shower room to hang a towel.

Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.

Une catastrophe dans tous les domaines : Service, propreté, amabilité, qualité de la nourriture... Les chambres n'étaient pas faites tous les jours ! C'est la première fois que je vois cela dans un hôtel. Pas d'eau chaude également. La devanture de l'hôtel nous laisse penser que c'est un super hôtel mais c'est tout Quelle déception, il me tardait de partir de cet hôtel

The hotel is not located near the city centre at all and is highly overrated. It looks luxurious on the outside and even when you enter the hotel, but that’s it. At reception they hardly speak English and they’re not very helpful at all. I asked them if they could do my laundry, as they offered to do that, but in the end they couldn’t do it, because it was weekend. But someone in my group also asked to do his laundry and they did his. Room and bathroom are spacious. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned that well. View from the room is non-existing as I just saw part of a roof. No safe available in the room, even though the hotel advertises with having a safe in every room. There was no hot water in any of the rooms during our two night stay. This wasn’t solved by the hotel. The TV wasn’t working either and that wasn’t solved either. There’s not enough toiletpaper in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is leaking. The bed was very good. Fridge and coffee and tea making facilities available in the room. Staff at the bar/restaurant hardly speak English, but are friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and the food was very good

Het hotel ligt in een parkachtig omgeving, wel op afstand van de stad Sarajvo maar met de tram goed te bereiken. Een persoonskamer was prima qua ruimte en ruime badkamer. Ook staat er een waterkoker op de kamer en een koelkast maar geen mini bar. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook tijdens het diner genoeg keuze. Tip ga gelijk om 19.00 u eten dan is alles prima op temperatuur.

The best part of my stay was the waiter in the bar/restaurant. Extremely friendly, and cannot do enough for you. Wonderful host and gets to now you. The property and room was nice and luxurious feeling. The bathtub was not enjoyable as there was no hot water to fill the tub, very disappointing. The pool was very cold

Worth staying
I stayed there for two days at the end of my trip and I wish I had stayed longer! The hotel is located in a historical building and is part of a hotel group, sharing a beautiful park with other buildings. I was welcomed and assisted by knowledgeable and friendly ladies at the reception desk. The interior is tastefully decorated and the room offers enough space for both rest and work; the WiFi was fast and secure, so I can recommend this hotel to those who work remotely. The room included all the basic amenities and bottled water; the only thing that could be a major improvement is including q tips in the vanity kits. The hotel offers a wellness area with a swimming pool and two saunas; make sure to have your own flip-flops and a swimming bonnet as the hotel only offers basic slippers (might not be a good idea for slippery wet marble, especially when the hotel is full) and a shower cap (thin cellophane, might easily rip and make the swimming experience unpleasant in the peak hours). The guests can also try the gym in the hotel across the park. The restaurant at the hotel provides ample options at the breakfast table as well as a la carte dinner; I was satisfied with the service, portion size, and reasonable pricing.
The only negative thing I noticed is the light flickering in the bathroom and the corridor.
All in all, I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will certainly come back again!
