I would like to thank all the staff. Especially İsmail who made it possible for me to ride. Erdem Bey who gave us a lot of information. I would like to thank Hasan and İsmail for the service who brought great cocktails. And of course the osteopath İbrahim. Especially in this area, Soner Bey healed my sprained arm like a miracle. The hotel looks really beautiful and posh, food is lovely! but thats it! Only 1 small swimming pool with warm water, the big swimming pools water was freezing impossible to swim Its very boring, music on date time quiet and classic you feel sleepy in the evening quiet some music was played from 9pm till 11 but very boring if you planning come as couple you will regret nothing to do there at least you re retired and you want nice quiet hotel to relax and sleep I was very disappointed for this price!! I ve been in another 2 resorts 5stars and cheaper than this and it was 100% better! From 11pm it was completely dead. We came as 2 coupes i made my request early that we need 2 double beds and we got 4 single beds...Rooms are nice but small . We had very bad experience with no suitcases for 2 days because of airlines, we were stuck in hotel for 2 days without anything unfortunately no one was really bother from staff about it staff on reception is nice but useful ( only 1 girl was trying help really). When i came back i try contact office manager Saygılarımla for help about confirmation about our suitcases but she refused to help, very poor customer service! I experienced very low customer service unfortunately This hotel isn't 5 stars if is about service maybe because we were from UK... I would never back here again!

Wir sind zum 4 Mal hier. Waren immer top zufrieden. Essen immer lecker und sehr viel Auswahl für jeden etwas. Zimmer immer sauber und minibar täglich aufgefüllt. Wir würden zum 5 mal wieder kommen . Markengetränke könnte man überall finden.

We had a lovely experience at the Sidemarin and had a very enjoyable holiday. The pier at the beach is a good spot to sunbathe and you get enough beds. Service is very good as is the food although the lunch choice can be a little monotonous. Yes the hotel markets for the German crowd but that didn’t deter us as we speak German anyway. Take a trip into Old Town Side, it’s stunning and outdid our expectations of Turkey. A very restful experience! Specifically want to mention Serif from the front desk who helped with an issue post holiday and couldn’t have done enough. What an amazing man! Thank you.

Myself and my teenage children stayed at The Kirman Sidemarin for a week in October 2024. The entire experience was first class. The manager Serif was in l contact with us daily along with the guest relations team and helped us with every query or request. The service at the bars, restaurants and in every area of the hotel was exemplary and we wanted for nothing. The food was very good in all of the restaurants especially the a la cartes and the food at The Steak House was exceptional. There was adequate sun loungers both at the pool and on the beach and pier and the animation team offered activities to take part on throughout the day should you wish too. The bar staff were polite and really looked after us, the cocktails were great, especially at the mixology bar. The children spent lots of time in the games room using the free facilities, the really enjoyed playing pool, basketball and bowling and staff were always helpful. The hotel offers something for everyone. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Old Town which was a short drive away and we also went on a rafting/buggy excursion which was really great value for money. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel if you want to leave the resort. Overall a 5* experience and we will be returning next year with more of the family. Die Speisen waren super.
Der Steg, der in das Meer ging, war toll.
Allerdings haben sich Katzen selbst im Hauptrestaurant aufgehalten und wurden zum Teil sogar von manchen Gästen gefüttert.
Die Betten haben zu Rückenschmerzen geführt.
Nahezu alle Cocktails waren ungeniesbar.

Waren zu 2. Sie wollten uns beim Check in ein anderes Zimmer andrehen, für den selben Preis, obwohl unser gezahltes Jakuzzi Zimmer viel teurer war. Später kam raus, dass alle Standart 2 Bett Zimmer mit Jakuzzi belegt waren und sie uns daher in das teurere Familienzimmer mit Jakuzzi geben mussten. Deswegen also versucht uns zu überreden in ein normales Zimmer zu gehen.
Zudem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, konnten sogar hören wie die Leute im Nebenzimmer die Toilettenspülung betätigt haben.
Die Zimmer sind aber ansonsten gut aufgebaut.
Das Essen schmeckt leider nach nichts. Nur nach Wasser, was ich sehr schade fand, weil ich im Urlaub gutes Essen erwarte. Wir wurden von den Kellnern ständig vom 4-er Platz verwiesen, weil wir zu 2 waren. Aber andere Paare durften aber sitzen bleiben.
Unsere Zimmer waren voller Ameisen und geputzt wurde nicht gut. Am Pool liegen? Keine Chance!! Alle liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und die Arbeiter unternehmen nichts.
Der Strand sehr steinig und dreckig. Teilweise kaputte liegen. Das einzig schöne war tatsächlich nur der Steg zum Meer.
5-10 min Laufzeit muss berechnet werden, bis man vom Hotel am Meer ist.
Eine aufdringliche Kellnerin, die bei in der Mocca Bar gearbeitet hat, kam mir und meinem Mann ständig zu nah. Man sollte in so einem Hotel den Mitarbeitern zu mehr Professionalität schulen.
Kellner in der Lobby Bar begrüßen niemanden und sind genervt.
Fazit: Das Geld nicht Wert! War kein schöner Urlaub.
