A great 4-day stay, honestly a real palace that is really worth the 5 stars, I am not disappointed, I really recommend it, the spacious rooms, the all-you-can-eat buffet, the drinks are great but sweet. The staff is really nice, always there for you.

It was the best winter holiday we have ever had, we really can't understand the bad comments, everything was fine while we were staying and all the staff were very kind and the food was also very good. Moreover, our room was constantly cleaned. thanks well palace side !!

In fact, it was one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family. All the staff were very attentive. The food was delicious. The New Year's Eve gala was very nice. Service at lobby bar is the best ☺🙏 Thank you well palace for this perfect holiday, we will come back.

We realy enjoyed our stay at well palace, staff is so friendly, especialy the lobby bar staff and guest relation service berk thanks. Foods are so delicious and tasty, waiters are serving very fast. Rooms are so clean and good, Always cleaning.

This is a wonderful hotel…. Maybe not 5 star…. But for the money… absolutely amazing!! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! There are too many wonderful staff to mention them all …. But I shall name a few that definitely went above and beyond! Berk… the Guest Relations guy was so friendly and did an amazing job… dealing with(what I will politely call) difficult guests!! Mhemet … the Food and Beverage manager… did everything he could to accommodate people’s preferences… and I watched on several occasions that he made people who had their birthdays and anniversaries… feel very special… with flowers, petals and even a cake!! The lovely girl on reception (whose name escapes me!! Sorry🤦♀️) was absolutely amazing… so friendly and accommodating!! I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel and shall be this year!!!

Perfect hotel, personal is so friendly and helpful, thank you to everyone for this beautiful holiday. It was better than I expected. Foods are soo good👍 Indoor pool is very warm and good. The weather is perfect👍 I would like to come back to well palace.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in food always cold drinks selection very poor no effort was made on new years eve the food for the gala evening was prepared in the gym and served stone cold shocking when we told the manager about the food he didn't care and was rather rude honestly do not waste your money here better hotels around avoid this one

Stayed here for Christmas and new year what a disappointment food awful and always cold we didn't even eat in the hotel for the last 5 days of our holiday drinks terrible gala evening was a complete joke everyone who attended didn't eat the food as it was prepared in the gym and sent out cold the manager is rude and disrespectful clearly do not like English guests only looked after young girls ... we have been going away for Christmas and new year for 5 years and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had will definitely not be returning or recommending this shambles of a hotel!¡!!
