They gave us a room in the lobby. I couldn't sleep until the morning because of the noise of the table seat and chair pulling.

Where do I even begin? This hotel was an absolute disgrace from the moment I walked in. The staff were rude, cold, and acted like basic hospitality was too much to ask. Not even a hello, not even a smile — just pure attitude and disrespect. Now the Wi-Fi? Total scam. You have to pay extra for it — and it doesn’t even work. I paid for internet and literally couldn’t even load a single page. Slow, unstable, useless. When I asked about it, they didn’t care at all. “Not our problem.” Disgusting. This place is a joke. Zero service. Zero comfort. Zero professionalism. If you care about your dignity and peace of mind, DO NOT stay here. I would rather sleep at the train station than spend another night in that dump.

Ну что я могу сказать, не пятерка. Не тянет даже на бюджетных 5 звезд. Сначала о плюсах. Место расположения отеля. Мы из тех туристов кто не лежит весть отпуск у бассеина, поэтому важно что бы была возможность погулять за пределами отеля. Поэтому 20 минут на маршрутке до антично Сиде, это очень жирный и хороший плюс. Шикарный пляж, с удобным входом в море. Да до пляжа надо пройтись, но каждый 15 минут курсирует транспорт от отеля, поэтому как для нас не было особых неудобств в этом плане. Да и идти пешком минут 10. Лежаков хватало и на море и у бассеина, очень порадовал момент, что с утра пораньше никто не бежал бросать палатенца на лежаки, что бы занять местечко. Все про плюсы наверное все. Теперь про минусы. Персонал. И тут настолько все неоднозначно. Поэтому только об моментах, которые очень сильно подпортили впечатления. Обслужевание в номерах. Убил просто момент с полотенцами, грязные брошенные на пол полотенца были аккуратно сложены и снова повешаны на сушилку. Дважды. Третьего раза мы уже не ждали, пошли на рецепшен. Скорее всего ситуация стандартная, так как там даже не удивились, но свежие полотенца были у нас в номере уже через 15 минут. но пявилась новая фишка, начало пропадать распаковоное мыло ))) Нового естетсвенно ник-то не клал. правда оставленные чаевый забирались всегда без зазрения совести. Тут, да после истории с полотенцами мы перстали их оставлять. Бар. Парни работают дружелюбные, отзывчивые, но... коктейли делать не умеют от слова совсем, взяли раз махито, там один алкоголь, потом еще пару коктелей на пробу тажа история, вообщем коктейлев вы здесь не попьете. Такое же неоднозначное мнение об еде. Вроди она разнообразная, и глаза разбегаются, но откровенно не вкусная, пережаринная, пересушунная. Вообшем вы голодными как бы вроде и не останетесь, и выбрать есть что, но... невкусно. Если подытоживать,то приходилась нам отдыхать и в тройках и в четверках, но вот таких нюансов не было точно даже в тройках. Вернемся ли мы сюда. - Нет Будем ли кому рекомендовать - Нет. Но в целом отель не плохой, вся проблема в персонале.

Beautiful family resort, amazing excursions led by the Great Love holiday advisor called Sevkan. Amazing support offered by him and made our experience so much better. Offered support and guidance on every step of the way making my parents at ease

The worst hotel Iv been too Staff were very rude Didnt communicate properly ignored us. My room Socket caught on fire told the staff they said “its fine let the hotel burn”🥲 Staff shouted at my mum and attacked my family. A lot of broken things in the rooms. The only thing that was good was our representative Sevkan From Love Holiday He helped us so much and Made the holiday outside the hotel So good The best Rep we Could’ve had. i had Food poisoning and He stayed With me Looked after me while my family was Out. The Only person that made the experience a bit better for us. ❤️ Couldnt Recommend him enough
