First, they gave us a room with air conditioning that did not work, a sticky table, and a TV remote that did not work. They forced us to change our room. The rooms were old. The menu was limited. The food was bad, and most of the time the same dishes were served. This is the first time I witnessed a power cut in the hotel. Long waits for the elevator. They made us feel uncomfortable about transferring to the beach, and there were interesting turns of events, such as one of the vehicles was broken and the other was charging. I think the employees were also unhappy and careless. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had in terms of expectations. It will remain a bad memory that I will never forget in a negative sense. A poor quality hotel and service that is definitely not worth the money we paid!

We had a lovely holiday here. Rooms were very nice and the buffet was great. Staff very friendly, especially Sengul. And we enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the evenings. Easy access to the beach where there is a hotel bar and lots of activities. Also lots of fun evening entertainment such as bands and DJS

Отличный отель, современный стильный с собственным пляжем, отдых с детьми будет отличным есть детские зоны и бассейн для детей, море не глубокое опять же для детей и для тех кто плохо плавает, wi-fi везде ловит отлично, путь до пляжа приятный вдоль реки можно увидеть черепах)), персонал вежливый гостеприимный, энергичный (любят свою работу), в номерах чисто , если какие-то проблемы обращайтесь к Muattar, девушка поможет решить проблемы помочь и подсказать, спасибо ей! К отдыху советую !
