First, they gave us a room with air conditioning that did not work, a sticky table, and a TV remote that did not work. They forced us to change our room. The rooms were old. The menu was limited. The food was bad, and most of the time the same dishes were served. This is the first time I witnessed a power cut in the hotel. Long waits for the elevator. They made us feel uncomfortable about transferring to the beach, and there were interesting turns of events, such as one of the vehicles was broken and the other was charging. I think the employees were also unhappy and careless. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had in terms of expectations. It will remain a bad memory that I will never forget in a negative sense. A poor quality hotel and service that is definitely not worth the money we paid!

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are really helpful and have been very welcoming with my family and I. There is a lot of choice and variety with all food and drinks. The facilities are perfect and my favourite place is the bar area, lovely viewing. Guest relations are here to offer and help or advice as and when needed. Perfect holiday!
