The stuff was rude and unfrendly . Room were dirty and never cleaned . The kitchen was unhygienic. ic, with leftover food from lunch being served again for dinner. The beach was far away from the property, and overall conditions were unacceptable. This hotel is nowhere near the rating it claims and should be considered a 2-star at bes

Die Gläser sind schmutzig, auf vielen sind Lippenstiftspuren Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden nicht gewechselt. Die Reinigungskraft ist sehr unhöflich. Das Essen ist eintönig und schlecht!

Tereddüt ederek gitmiştik ama çok memnun kaldık. Girişte güler yüzlü karşıladılar fazla beklemeden odamıza çıktık. Tertipli ve düzenliydi. Havuz çok güzel. Aqua çocuk kabul edilmediği için yeterli. Denize uzaklığı 320 metre civarı. Ama sahili plajı, planjdaki hizmetleri çok güzel. Deniz ve kum harika. Yemeklerine söylenecek tek kelime yok. Bol çesit ve çok lezzetli. Görevliler hep güler yüzlü. Sürekli istediğiniz bir şey varmı diye soruyorlar. Her şeyin by kadar güzel olmasının asıl sebebi müdürler sürekli görev alanındaki ve herşeyi denetliyorlar. Tavsiye niteliğinde lütfen geceleri havuzu kapatın ve teknik personelinizi yeterli tutun. Hersey için çok teşekkürler. Gözlemeci bacıya ayrı bir teşekkür. En önemlisi hayvanlara karşı merhametli davranan çok güzel bir işletme

На момент нашей поездки отель называется Side Alegria (видимо менял название). Из плюсов: - недалеко от аэропорта (трансфер около часа), расположение удачное (есть где вечером погулять по магазинам + при желании можно доехать до старого города Сиде), - доброжелательный персонал на ресепшн, учли наши предпочтения по номеру, - хороший (пологий) заход в море, чистая береговая линия (это один из главных моментов для нас!), - пляжные полотенца предоставляются в Спа-зоне и меняются каждый день, - несмотря на вторую линия пешая прогулка до пляжа занимает максимум 10 мин пешком (даже полезно при "все включено") + есть трансфер по расписанию (не было необходимости для нас), - по питанию в отелю вопросов не возникало: всегда было мясо, рыба, гарниры, десерты в различных вариантах. Из минусов (можно и нужно улучшить): - ключ от сейфа (кстати сейф стоит 2 евро в сутки) выдают в виде реального большого ключа с неудобным синим брелком, которым надо открывать замок и это выглядит как будто попал в прошлый век, давно уже есть электронные сейфы с удобными кодовыми паролями, - иногда замечали не очень чистые приборы в ресторане, - вода предоставляется не в бутылках, как обычно, а в квадратных упаковках по 150 мл, что крайне неудобно для использования (видимо экономят на этом), - все лежаки на пляже тесно размещены, бывало очень некомфортно быть сильно рядом с другими гостями, - немного скучновато в течение дня из-за слабой анимации (или даже ее полном отсутствии, например на пляже отеля), В целом данный отель на твердую четверочку и можем рекомендовать его для спокойного пляжного отдыха тем, кому не нужно никаких развлечений.

I had a horrible check-in experience at the hotel. When I arrived there at 20:45 they told me to have dinner first. When I came back they told me a room wouldn't be available before 1:30, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Finally I was brought to the room at 2:15, so after almost 5 hours waiting. I have made an official complaint about this. Room and food are great, drinks you must get yourself and mostly stand in a queue for some time. It's also positive that the hotel is quiet, but expect noise from surrounding hotels. Most of the hotel staff could improve their English and German language, there are hotels better at this.

Arived 4 in the morning,giving annex fair enough across a busy road,this room was stinking bathroom vile and smell would make you sick,shower was disgusting and black fungus on the tiles,refused to stay in this room,told to come back at nine and speak to manager,got upgrade room paid 70 pounds,two days into holiday my wife and I were ill with stomach bug horrendous,on numerous occasions at night ran out of rum,so glad to get home,3 star at best
