Paloma Oceana

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay and we have had the best time. I traveled with my sons 7 and 12 and my husband and brother. From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the hotel receptionist. Our room was a very large size and was absolutely spotless, the adjoining room was perfect for us with having a teenager in toe. The room also had a fridge which was stocked every morning with cokes, fantas, waters and beers etc which was included in the price. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard. Every member of staff was so friendly, so hard working and couldn't do enough for their guests. The service we received was outstanding and consistent all week. The food choices were really good for an all inclusive and tasted great. There was even an option to go to three different la carte restaurants on site again included in the price. The house wine was very good and all drinks were branded and lots of cocktail and moocktail options. I would book the la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive though as they get booked up quickly. The indoor pool was great and very well used as we went out of season so it was too cold for the outdoor pool. They aslo had a childrens play area and lots of sporting activities. The hotel is situated right next to lots of markets, shops and cafes etc and a tax rank right opposite. We used the taxi service a few times and they were very reliable and it was a good price. My husband and I used the spa which was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Turkish bath and full body massage. Well worth the money we paid. The hotel is also a beach front and there is a bar where you can order drinks and food to have on beach. The hotel has its own cats so if you love cats this is your hotel. My son even got over his fear of cats and was cuddling them by the end of the holiday. To be honest we are struggling to find anything negative to say about this hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and next time we would like to come in season as I'm sure it would be even more amazing with the sun shining. Thanks so much Paloma Oceana for a perfect holiday.

We recently held our annual event at Paloma Oceana, and overall, it was a very positive experience. Mahir, the manager, and his team were helpful and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. -The conference rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, which made our presentations and workshops go off without a hitch. The accommodations were also quite nice, providing a comfortable stay for our attendees. -The catering service offered a good variety of options, and the food was tasty and well-presented. It definitely added a nice touch to our event. -The staff at Paloma Oceana were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests we had. In summary, Paloma Oceana provided excellent support for our event, we would consider their services in the future.

My last day at Paloma Oceana after a great week stay. I was a bit apprehensive as this was my first holiday as solo traveller but for no reason. The staff are very friendly and make me feel very welcome. I am staying in one of the bungalows, the room is spacious and quiet. Bathroom is nice with walk in shower. Food is very good for all inclusive with plenty of options and yummy desserts. Their pizza is amazing. Fresh fruit is a nice addition. Piano bar has a very nice setting and they serve delicious cocktails, if you want something that is not on the menu just ask, they will prepare it for you. The house wine was a very nice surprise and very drinkable. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and you can see staff cleaning and polishing all the time. Now a couple of small bits that can be improved: coffee in the main restaurant to be made with real milk rather than powder. You can make up for this by having coffee in the patisserie. TV in the room is not Internet TV but if you have your tablet with you, you should be fine. The wifi in the hotel seems to be very reliable. And last it would be good to have a table service in the patisserie, again not a big issue, just an area for improvement. I had a great time in this hotel and it is one of the best all inclusive I have stayed in. Will be sad to leave tomorrow but batteries are recharged and it's time to go back to normal life
