Clean, comfortable, peaceful all-inclusive hotel in Kumkoy with own space by the beach. It’s 5-6 min.walk to beach. There is free golf car transport service every 5 min.that takes you to the beach in 2 min. Hotel is good for families. Beach is sandy, sunset by the beach is beautiful. Water sports are available nearby. We enjoyed our 4 days stay. Thanks to all polite and helpful hotel personnel.

Golf arabasıyla 30 saniye. Denizi kumlu ancak ileride kayalıklar var, plajı kumlu ve tenteli, iskelesi var, sahilde yeme içme alanı, kabin, duş, wc var.Wifi heryerde ücretsiz.Gündüz havuz animasyonu var, akşam sahne şovları var.Jb, gilbeys, coca cola, fanta, efes gibi markalar var. Pastane ve kahve bölümü oldukça kaliteli. Food street şahane, et ve tavuk döner, gözleme çeşitleri, sac kavurma, tantuni, pizza çeşitleri bir çok yiyecek oldukça kaliteli ve sıcak servis. Personel çalışkan, ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Sipariş alıyor, getiriyor.Ana yemekler oldukça çeşitli ve kaliteli.Her öğünde dana eti, tavuk, balık, hindi gibi sıcak ızgara çeşitleri var. Salatalar, hamur işleri, meyveler çok çeşitli. Günün her saatinde asla aç kalmazsınız.Gece çorba ve çeşitli atıştırmalıklar var. Şuan oteldeyiz ailemle geçen senede gelmiştik sidede çok otele gittim ama bu kadar güleryüzlü içten samimi bir personel ekip görmedim gerçekten tüm personel ekibe gönülden teşekkür ediyorum ama biri varki Shuttle sürücüsü DEVRİM kardeşime o güler yüzlülüğü hep tatlı gülüşünü unutamıcam Nova park ailesine teşekkürlerimi sunarım....

Bayram tatili icin son anda karar verdigimiz bir tesisti. Beklentimizin cok cok üstünde çıkan bir otel oldu. Fiyat performans olarak muhtesem. Otel tertemiz, yiyecekler ozellikle snack muhtesem (menüde sac kavurma dahi var) , hersey tıkır tıkır işliyor hic bir aksaklık yok,genel alanlardaki lavabolar bile her dk tertemiz, odamız standart almamıza ragmen müsaitlik dogrultusunda aile odası olarak verildi, deniz gercekten uzak degil 2 cocuklu olmamıza ragmen zorluk yasamadık ve oradada snack cok düzgün işliyor Tek eleştirebilecegim ve tesise de ilettigim nokta havlu konusu, havlu alip teslim etme saatli yapılıyor yani sabah kalktınız ve havlunuzu alma saatini kacırdınız saat gelmeden havlu verilmiyor boyle muhtesem hizmeti olan bir otele yakısmıyor ve cozulmeyecek bir konu oldugunu dusunmuyorum.Bunun dısında gercekten tekrar tercih edilebilecek bir otel.Tesekkür ederiz:)

Temizlik ve hijyen iyiydi, çalışanlar genel olarak nazikti. Yemekler güzeldi ve boldu. Restoranda hizmet edenlerin yabancılara odaklı hizmetleri üzücüydü. Kaydıraklar eğlenceliydi, Cankurtaran Mehmet Ali beyin iletişimi çok güzeldi. Animatörlerin Türkçe veya İngilizce bilmemesi hiç yakışmamış. Bu oteldeki en önemli sorun havlu sorunuydu, gereksiz bir uygulama var ve 4 günlük tatilimizde welness bölümündeki hanım bu konuda gereksiz ve uzun uzun açıklama yapmaya çalıştı. Patiserrie çok iyi, kahveleri çok lezzetliydi. Basket topuna hava basalım istedik markette ücret istenmesini ayıpladık. Umarım kendinizi geliştirmeniz için faydalı olur.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable. The all-inclusive package is well-organized, with water, soft drinks, and other beverages stocked daily in the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside for us was the language barrier. German is the predominant language spoken by the staff, and while a few team members do speak English, communication could occasionally be a bit tricky. That said, we were almost always able to make ourselves understood, and the staff consistently went out of their way to assist us. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, great pool, fun water slides, coffee lounge with baristas, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, kids' buffet, thorough cleaning, lively pool bar, included cocktails, tasty poolside food street, and good value for money. Cons: Dated hotel (built 1989), heavily German-oriented, 2023 renovation feels unsuccessful, subpar bathrooms, noisy rooms, smokers, constantly broken elevators, loud bars/discos nearby until 2 AM, noisy cafeteria staff, and disinterested, unengaged personnel. Left over food often upcycled, though I didn’t mind this too much. I’ve been to Turkey many times, and this was my least favorite location, but the price reflects that. My kids absolutely loved it.
