Absolutely amazing hotel, from the moment I arrived nothing was to much trouble. The staff are attentive but not intrusive and always will to help Don't be put off by the negative comments about the staff only speaking German, this not the case everyone spoke English.

Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü. Odaları çok güzel ferah. Isıtma da tek sorun kapalı havuzun bulduğu alan. Çocuklu ailelere pek uygun değil havuzun suyu sıcak ama havuzdan çıktığınızda üşüyorsunuz. Ama biz havuzdan çıkar çıkmaz sauna ve hamamı kullandığımız için çok da üşümedik.Afyondaki termallere saçma rakamlar ödeyip içtiğiniz suya bile ekstra yazılmasındansa bu otelde havuzu -sauna-hamam üçlüsü çok daha mantıklı. Alkol kalitesi güzel.

My family and I went to this hotel for a holiday in August, the first abroad we’d had in 8 years. We arrived and had four very nice days. To start on a positive the hotel is vast and well maintained and the entertainment is brilliant (that which we got to see) It is a lovely hotel on the face of it. Then all the illness started. Gastroenteritis both bacterial (severe diarrhoea and cramping) or viral (vomitting) in three of the four of us. Two of us ended up in hospital for a whole day. We ate nowhere other than the hotel buffet restaurant, pool bar or beach bar. We swam only in the pool at the hotel. We did not pick up any of these sicknesses from anywhere else. I believe the beach bar was the food that gave me bad bacteria and the pool that gave the kids sickness. There was another person with chronic diarrhoea also taken to the hospital from this hotel in the same transport at the time we were taken so we were not alone in suffering at the hands of this hotel. A 10 day holiday and 6 of our 10 days ruined - it was a complete disaster. Neither TUI nor the hotel are taking any responsibility in terms of compensation What should have been a wonderful family holiday was ruined. Devastated is an understatement I will never holiday with TUI again or return to this hotel nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel. The grounds and the hotel were kept spotless from the very busy, attentive staff. The food was really nice every day, plentiful, fresh, great quality and always hot with lots of choice. The beach was stunning and the sea was lovely to swim in. The entertainment was really good. White Party/Pool Party were great! The reps spoke in many languages during the entertainment, but never in English which I found disappointing. If you spoke to any reps, they were always very friendly and spoke back to you in English, but I guess the entertainment was geared towards the majority of the clientele at the time of our visit. Perhaps there weren't many English there when we went on the 2nd September. Alcohol: My partner and I are not big drinkers, so after several cocktails, a few beers and a couple of Proseccos, I really should have been legless. But it didn't touch me. The drinks tasted really nice, but I am not sure it had much alcohol contents. Not a problem for me - just a comment. There is a lovely beach bar at the hotel, where you can watch the world go by, very relaxing. We walked down the beach everyday, it would have been nice to stop off at other bars for a drink/rest - but this wasn't an option as all the hotels up and down the beach have their own private area - not open to non residents. We jumped on a bus to go to the local market, this was good fun and we came back with some bargains. TIP: On our last day we found the sea turtles. Breakfast time - go out of the hotel at the rear, turn to your right, walk to the bridge and there they are. OMG I was delighted. Enjoy your holiday whenever you go!

The hotel itself was very well presented, the public rooms and the guest rooms were clean and tidy, and in a well kept state. The hotel is not really geared up for British Travellers, with the bias on German and Turkish guests approx 90 percent to 10 percent British. The food was of good quality, but again of strange mixtures for example, at breakfast there was a cauliflower saute, brussell sprouts floating in some form of liquid, mashed potatoes. It appears that these strange items are very popular with people other than Brits. We were there over Christmas, which was a non event. The tables were dressed Christmas eve, but the food was a repetition of the days previously with the highlight being lamb chops, which were very good, but not a Christmas favourite. Being a Muslim country and apparantly hotel no bacon or real sausages were served, there were eggs cooked to order and also ommlettes, which again were edible. I can only say there was always something to eat, but it wasn't something to get overjoyed about. The drinks were varied with a few imported makes except if you are a Gin drinker, then you have yo put up with Turkish gin, the beer was ok as it was Effes. The staff ere very friendly and attentive. The 2 A'lacarte restaurants we tried the Asian and the Italian were very good and reasonable at 20 euros per person. The location is so so, but there are regular Domus services into Side, for a couple of euros. If you are looking for a nice hotel but not worried about the food served to you, then this hotel would be ideal
