Erst einmal möchte ich mich bei der Hostes und Empfangsdame Esra herzlich für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Zuwendung bedanken. Sie hat uns bei allen Anliegen und Problemen weiter geholfen und war das Highlight für unseren 2 Jahre alten Sohn. In Stressigen Situationen hat Sie Ihn freiwillig beschäftigt, sodass wir uns in Ruhe um einen Platz, sowie das Essen im Restaurant kümmern konnten. Vielen Dank liebe Esra! Weiter ist die Hygiene sehr gut und das Personal extrem freundlich, was stets für positives Wohlbefinden bei uns sorgte. Einige Streitigkeiten hatten wir dann mit den Deutschen Gästen, welche sich benommen haben, wie Gott auf Erden und den Bezug zu Kindern vollkommen verloren haben. Nur weil der Alkohol inklusive ist, muss man nicht wie ein Schwein trinken. Die Animationsprogramme sind Vielfältig, das Wasser angenehm und die Verpflegung sein Geld wert.

Bayram tatili için gittik.Odalar ve ortak alanlar temizdi. Odalar genişti.Giyinme odası çok iyi olmuş. Hava soğuk olduğu için mini clup içeride. Ama aşırı küçük tek bir oda.4 yaşındaki oğlum hiç girmek bile istemedi. İçinde 8 10 çocuk sadece resim yapabilir.Başka oyuncak yok.Çocuklar için Kurabiye yapma etkinliği vardı. Liste doldu dediler. Hiçbir otelde görmedim böyle bir uygulama. Çocuklar çok sıkıldı. Kapalı havuzda şezlong bulamadık. Çok kalabalık ve havuz yetersiz kaldı,ayrıca klordan gözlerimi açamadım. Açık havuzlar temizdi büyüktü. Sahili güzel.Yemek çeşidi ortalamaydı ama her şey lezzetliydi. Mini bar dolduruluyordu. Lunapark kış konsepti olduğu için kapalıydı o yüzden nasıl bilmiyorum. Çok ilginçtir alt katlarda telefon çekmiyordu. Bir gün kadınlar matinesi yapıldı güzel oldu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak beğendik. Yataklar taş gibiydi. Bel ve omurga rahatsızlığım olduğu için çok ağrım oldu.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Hotel . 3 Tage super entspannt ohne Abstehen und die herrliche Ruhe beim Essen. Aber dann wurde das Hotel durch 1000 türkische Menschen belagert. Essen wie die Schweine schade was alles weggeworfen wurde und der Krach. Türkische Musik den ganzen Tag. Wir Deutschen waren nichts mehr wert Schade. Kommen nicht wieder. An der Bar warten bis halbe Stunde da die Türken bevorzugt worden.

Otelde 3. günümüz bayram olmasına rağmen personel sayısı yeterliliğinden hizmette sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mutfaktan Yunus bey, animasyondan Tolga beye özellikle teşekkür ediyorum samimiyet ve ilgilileri için. Notte barda Özkan beyin margaritası harikaydı. Yemekler bol çeşit ve lezzetliydi, alkoller de fiyat performans. Fakat eşimin doğum günü için misafir ilişkileri ile hem seturdan Han bey görüştü olmayınca ben görüştüm alacart istedik dolu olduğundan kabul etmediler o zaman lobby barda bi pasta rica ettim akşam için kabul etmediler. İstersek ana restorantta 40 EURO karşılığı ayarlayabilceklerini söylediler. Uzun yıllar turizm sektöründe çalıştım ve bu tarz durumlar için her zaman tolerans tanındığını yardımcı olunduğunu bilirim. Hiçbir otel misafirin bu tarz bir ricası geri çevrilmez. Acaba otel müdürlerinden birinin tanıdığı olsak da bu kadar net bi şekilde talebimizi reddetip destek olmazlar mıydı? Şüpheli… Royal Taj Mahal kalitesine bu tavır yakışmadı.

Otele 3.kez gidişimiz. Çalışanlar anlayışlı saygılı.bayrama denk getırdıgımız tatılımızı cok ıyı gecırdık. Bayram dolayısı ıle aşırı kalabalıktı. Yemeklerde sıra beklemek zorunda kaldık.3. Gıdısımızde yataklar aşırı sertti. Tek sıkıntı odalardaki yataklar aşırı sert hıc rahat yatamadık. Yastıklarda aşırı yumuşak hıc rahat uyuyamadık burdan sadece puan kırdım. Baska bır sıkıntı yaşamadık cok eglencelıydı hersey oglum bile eline tablet almadı cok eglendı gün içinde havuz yagmur dolayısıyla kapalı havuzu kullandık. Kalabalıktı ama yapacak bırsey yoktu.Yanı yataklar dısında hersey ıyıydı bence bunu dıkkate almalılar ha yerde yatmıssın ha yatakta bısı farketmedı yani… goze alarak gidin..

My husband and I stayed at the Taj Mahal in April 2024 and after 7 nights we were sad to leave having had a great time, so we went again 28th March 2025 and took my mother with us this time. We are English, we were never spoken to in English, only German, there were no other English tourists there, I expect a range of nationalities when on holiday, however this was a hotel for Germans, signage in hotel and shops outside all in German. I know TUI is a German company but since last year the whole atmosphere of the hotel has changed, so disappointed as we were so looking forward to revisiting this place but never again. Not the place for ANY other nationalities to stay unfortunately.

Были в отеле а марте. Ездили с подругой и детьми. Остались очень довольны. Заселили быстро. Номер очень просторный, чистый. По приезду хотели поменять номер с видом на море, на сайте при покупке была разница в 500тл, в отеле доплата составила 35€ за ночь. Лучше учесть этот момент при бронировании. Мы решили не доплачивать, вид был на крышу, но и в этом свои плюсы, ночью было очень тихо. По запросу, предоставили детскую кроватку. Еда очень вкусная, разнообразная. Много фруктов, мороженое, смузи. В ресторане есть зона для детей с маленькими столиками, детскими картинами и телевизором с мультиками. Большое количество детских стульчиков. Территория отеля зеленая, очень красивая. Большой бассейн, много шезлонг. Пляж песочный, пологий. Анимация, не смотря на то что мы были не в сезон, работают на 100%. Много активностей. Отдельное спасибо девочкам с мини клуба. Яркие, веселые. Да и в общем персонал отеля своровал наше сердечко. Улыбчивые, быстро реагируют на просьбы, инициативны но не назойливы. Думаю что в этот отель еще вернемся.
