Wen man einmal schon mal im barut oder Paloma Hotels wart kan mal leider das taç mahal keine 5 Sterne geben . Fängt von der Ausstattung schon an an der lobi die Terrasse veraltete Tische sowie auch stuhle . Zimmer sehr groß aber Riesengroßen Teppich hygienisch finde ich es nicht gut . Wie viele Bakterien sich da sammeln kann. Pools leider sehr warm also absolute keine Abkühlung . Die Bars an den Pools riechen sehr streng nach Alkohol liegt einfach daran das es nicht richtig sauber gemacht wird caffemaschinen genau so sehr dreckig . Essen war ok Service könnten besser geschult werden . An sich ist das ein schönes Hotel aber noch einmal würde ich nicht mehr kommen .

Gitmiş olduğum aynı fiyat bandında ki otellerle kıyaslandığında yemek kalitesi vasatın da altında ,denizi aşırı derecede pis, çalışanlar ilgisiz, akşamları animasyonları da başarısız bu sebeple insanlar bir süre sonra kalkıp gidiyor. Başka otellerde yorumu yaptığınız anda müşteri hizmetleri size geri dönüş yapar ama burada asla , çünkü yorumları okuduklarını bile düşünmüyorum. Güzel vakit geçireceğiniz bir tatil planlıyorsanız burası doğru adres değil. Ben çok otel gezdim ama müşteriye karşı bu kadar ilgisiz bir yer ilk defa gördüm.

Wij hebben een leuke vakantie beleefd.Het is een leuk hotel met veel vertier! Wel waren er voor ons ook minpunten: De eerste nacht dat wij aankwamen was in de hotelkamer de vloer en muur en zijkant bed zeiknat, het was urine! ( schoonmaaksters hadden hier niets mee gedaan voor de kamerwissel) En het had een hele sterke geur. Wij de receptie gebeld of dit schoongemaakt kon worden. Sturen ze iemand met luchtverfrisser? Na weer vragen , kwam de volgende dag iemand de vloer reinigen. De hele week kwam de walm omhoog vanuit zijkant bed en vloer. Dat was erg jammer.. Verder ruime kamer, mooie grote badkamer, groot balkon! Zwembaden, strand, kermis, entertainment was prima en leuk! Personeel wisselend, sommige vriendelijk, en sommige onvriendelijk.. vele spraken slecht Engels. Het eten : Hoofdretaurant was enorm veel keus! Niet alles vonden wij ook lekker😊 maar over smaak valt te twisten. De laatste dag helaas ik en mijn zoon ziek van het eten. ( vermoedelijk van toostje bruchetta) De eetzaal is wel enorm druk in hoogseizoen! Coctails maken was echt niet goed. Ze deden maar wat! Iedere keer kreeg je een andere,ze waren nooit hetzelfde. En soms moesten ze even op de kaart kijken wat er in hoort. Dit hoort in een royal hotel beter te zijn. Ik heb mij er verder niet aan gestoord, voor mij waren flesjes water ook prima! Over het algemeen prima en mooi hotel, met wat kleine verbeterpuntjes.

Oteli çok değendik. Oda, restoran, havuzlar, sahil, sahil barlar vs... ***et güzel tasarlanmış. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok ilgililer. Yemek çeşiti yeterli ve ***et güzel hazırlanmış. Buradan resepsiyon görevlisi Kenan Beye ve restoran çalışanı Mehmet Fatih beye ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca özellikle sahil çalışanları çok yardımcı oldular. Onlara da çok teşekkür ederim.

Just got home from our family holiday here and it was amazing. The hotel was stunning and so so clean. The staff are lovely. So many pools and my children loved the water slides. Great access to the beach.good was amazing. Felt very safe there and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Отличный отель для отдыха семьи! Есть все для любого возраста и желаний! Персонал всегда готов помочь и решить все проблемы. Мини-бар пополняется ежедневно, уборка регулярная, кондиционер работает прекрасно! Комнаты тихие и уютные, прекрасный санузел. В ресторане всегда можно найти свободное место, без каких-либо очередей. Особенно впечатлил детский клуб, где всегда рады ребенку, а не кошельку родителя, а также Луна-парк по вечерам. Очень хотим вернуться сюда на отдых еще раз

Walgelijk en gevaarlijk – BLIJF HIER WEG! Deze plek is vies. Alledrie onze kinderen kregen een schimmelinfectie van het zwembad – bevestigd door meerdere artsen. Toen we contact opnamen met het hotel, toonden ze geen enkele zorg en bedreigden ze ons zelfs met juridische stappen. Volkomen schandalig. Blijf weg als je je gezondheid belangrijk vindt. Dit hotel zou gesloten moeten worden.
