When we entered the hotel, Ayşe and İbrahim were very rude to the reception staff. They welcome German or foreign customers very nicely. They did everything rude to us because we were Turkish. They did not want to let us into the hotel because it was trip com.
They said this company is unsafe. They said that the foreign company is smart, you bought it cheaply. After an hour of arguing, they let us into the hotel. They asked for a passport. We said that we are Turkish citizens, let's give an ID. After a long discussion, they accepted.
Small children are free in domestic companies. We do not have children. However, children are charged at Atrip.com. It is affordable for those without children.
We followed all the legal rules.
We have not seen such behavior in the Side region so far.
We have stayed in many hotels with Atrip.com.

Sher sun otel tesisin ve odaların genel şıklığı plajinin cok büyük ve cok ferahligina 5 yıldız vermek istiyorum,plaja ulaşım olanakları yürüme mesafesine ragmen eğlenceli suttle hizmeti kaydadeger,ölü sezondaki sakinliği ve plajin cok guzel olmasindan dolayi öğlen restoraninda cok az sayida misafir olmasina ragmen çeşitten ödün vermeyen restoran hizmetine tebrikler yemekler de cok lezzetli kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel teşekkürler...

Hotel super lecz na wakacjach z dziećmi trochę mało rozrywek co do jedzenia bez zastrzeżeń, śniadania monotonne lecz od 11 serwują przy basenie przekąski . Lokalizacja dosyć dobra niedaleko morze za hotelem znajduje się rzeczka z żółwiami,blisko bazary . Bardzo miła obsługa nie są pretensjonalni i nie wyciągają ręki za każde kiwnięcie palcem

Отдыхали с детьми в феврале 2025. Хороший отель недалеко от аэропорта. Расположение можно посмотреть на карте. Для меня - идеальное. Останавливался в нескольких отелях в этом районе. Все пятерки плюс/минус одинаковые. Отличная еда и пляж. В пяти минутах стоянка маршруток, которые везут в сидэ и манавгат. А остатновка в минуте от ввхода из отеля. Персонал приветлив и готов помочь. Многие понимают и говорят по русски. Из минусов в 6-7 утра орет мечеть.

Witam! Nie wiem na co ludzie narzekają? Byłem w tym hotelu już drugi raz i za pierwszym razem w czasach pandemii nie zrobił super wrażenia ale pomyślałem jak na wypad Marcowy to czemu nie! Miło zostałem zaskoczony zaczynając od wyglądu widać że cały czas się dba i odnawia cały hotel, jedzenie smaczne i spory wybór a jak komuś to mało to niech nie szuka lepszego hotelu w wyższej cenie i zobaczymy czy nie będzie narzekał! Przemiła obsługa a zwłaszcza Ayhan zawsze uśmiechnięty pomocny wszystkim nacją bez wyjątków, zawsze porozmawiał i dbał o dobry nastrój! Animacje bez zmian od wielu lat i tu można by coś zmienić ale na duży plus animator o imieniu Batuhan! Bardzo miły również pomocny i zabawny, wieczorami potrafił usiąść z ludźmi i porozmawiać, dzięki niemu sie dobrze bawiliśmy! Szkoda że basen nie jest podgrzewany ale w marcu dało się już w nim popływać! Jak za tą cenę to nie ma się do czego przyczepić! Z chęcią tam wrócę!

Bardzo przyjazny hotel, super animator, bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni pracownicy na recepcji - wszystko da się załatwić. Obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Dobre jedzenie. Drinki w Lobby, przy basenie, ale również podczas posiłków (obiad, kolacja) dostępne w restauracji. Darmowy minibar w pokoju. Czystość hotelu na dobrym poziomie.

Staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble they go over and above excellent customer service . Always a smile. Reception staff efficient especially the manager he is a wonderful face of Sehur hotels . Lady who makes omelette and eggs brilliant ,the bread Chef fabulous and bread freshly baked soo nice thank you. If nothing is right, they will adhere to put it right . Waiting staff really helpful, thank you for looking after my husband and I. Maids work really hard Rooms are spotless . Food really nice . We are currently here with RSD and Fikret who is an excellent Ambassador for RSD always there to help. Hotel is situated near the beach and within walking distance to the ancient city of Side fabulous classical ruins wonderful stunning archeological exploration and finds , about 8 kilometres walk or the local Dolmus buses very reasonable. When staying in the area preferable to use Lira rather than Euro . The Dolmus buses take you to Side or Mangavat run every 15 mins or so . Hotel perfectly situated 5 mins walk from bus stops . A wonderful hotel .
