Ein Aufenthalt im Seher Kumköy Star Hotel war eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Das Personal war äußerst gastfreundlich und herzlich, sodass wir uns jederzeit besonders fühlten. Die Servicequalität war ausgezeichnet – das Restaurant- und Barpersonal war schnell und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und die gesamte Atmosphäre des Hotels war sehr angenehm. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team, das unseren Urlaub so unvergesslich gemacht hat! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Seher Kumköy Star Otel’de geçirdiğim konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldım. Daha otele giriş yaparken Asel Hanım’ın güler yüzlü karşılaması ve misafirperverliği sayesinde kendimi çok özel hissettim. Selçuk Bey’in ilgi ve alakası da konaklamam boyunca eksiksizdi; her detayla yakından ilgilendi ve misafirleri memnun etmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Otelin yemekleri oldukça lezzetli ve temizdi. Özellikle Bahçe Restaurant’taki Kazım Usta’nın pizzası ve waffle’ı unutulmazdı; bunları kesinlikle özleyeceğim! Ancak beni en çok etkileyen şey sahili oldu. Kumu adeta elekten elenmiş gibi yumuşacıktı ve kış mevsiminde bile sahilde yürüyüş yapmak inanılmaz keyifliydi. Genel olarak çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadım. Huzurlu bir ortamda, sıcak bir misafirperverlikle ağırlanmak isteyen herkese Seher Kumköy Star Otel’i gönülden tavsiye ederim...

Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Rezeptionspersonal war äußerst hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Besonders Herr Selçuk Genç verdient ein großes Dankeschön für seine hervorragende Organisation und seinen Einsatz. Die Servicequalität war weit über unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Speisen waren köstlich, das Hotel sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas älter ist, wird es gut instand gehalten und bietet hohen Komfort. Angesichts des gezahlten Preises haben wir eine deutlich hochwertigere Leistung erhalten, als wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben die türkische Gastfreundschaft in vollen Zügen erlebt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen

The hotel is celebrating its 33rd anniversary this year, which is reflected in its appearance and equipment. Whoever puts the beach and the sea first, misses a lot. The food is good, but with some exceptions, you won't get service without a tip!!! In the lobby bar, one waiter tried to give us an "old drink" that he already had on the table behind the bar before ordering, in the second case he gave us a drink with three pieces of lemon, but all the pulp had already been eaten by the previous guest. We have never ordered anything from this "pig" again. The hotel management solved the situation by offering us new drinks, which in the all inclusive program is rather a good joke.... Surprisingly, the level and honor of the hotel was mainly kept afloat by young waiters and mostly they were part-time students... so what can I add? If you want table service, you have to show up with bills above your head, otherwise you are an airhead for the staff and they just take the glasses away from the tables.

The hotel was okay it was clean and the waiters and desk attendants were pleasant. The food was plentiful but a little samey the desserts had little taste . The weather dampened our stay. The pool was freezing but clean and the inside pool was okay.

Das Hotel muss renoviert werden. Service-Team versucht auf Wünsche und Beschwerden von Reisegäste zu reagieren, aber es klappt nur selten... Das Zimmer war relativ schlecht ausgestattet (es gab z.B. kein einziger Stuhl dabei sowie kein Tischen, wo man etwas schreiben könnte). In kürze (am Einreise Tag) habe ich festgestellt, dass die Dusche im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Reparaturversuche haben nichts gebracht. Diesbezüglich hat Hotell-Manager Herr Sel Chuk mir versprochen ein besseres Zimmer anzubitten. Tatsächlich hat er mir ein Zimmer aus niedrigere Preis-Kategorie vorgeschlagen. Im Endeffekt wohnte ich 3-Tage ohne Dusche und anschließend 5 Tage im Zimmer der schlechtere Kategorie. Sonst kann ich das Essen im Haupt- und Beachrestorant als gut bewerten. Besondere Danksagungen verdient SPA-Bereich mit Herrn Sherif als SPA-Leiter und Massörin Maka. Gözleme im Beach-Restorant verdient auch besten Dank.

На протяжении 14 лет отдыхаю в Турции, но с таким ужасным отелем столкнулась в первые, отдыхала с мамой, прилетели с Германии, недельный отдых на двоих обошёлся в2.300 евро, плюс пришлось заплатить отдельно за более менее приличную комнату 120 евро, напитки платные, еда однообразная, скудная, в первый же день подхватила кишечную палочку, мама отравилась за день до отъезда, анимация ужасная, лежаки на пляже порванные, грязные, отель позиционирует себя на 4 звёзды, по факту- 2 звёзды, нет ни одного плюса, только неплохой обслуживающий персонал в баре и в ресторане, но все время будут ждать от тебя денег....отношение к русскоговорящим предвзятое.... не тратьте ни денег ни время на этот никчемный отель....путевка приобреталась через TUI, агенство не пошло на встречу, менять отель они не стали, сказали- зажрались.
