Overall the hotel was nice but we got in kind of late and there wasn’t a 24hr desk service available. So that was kind of difficult when we were getting in late. Also this hotel is so far from the airport and there is not a shuttle service from the hotel. You have to ask locals around on how to ride the bus and they were very helpful. Overall the hotel was nice but there were some inconveniences.

The reason I chose this hotel was the thermal pool with swings that they showed in the photos and constantly showed on Instagram, but the pool was so hot that absolutely no one could get in, it was just a visual. They gave me the worst room they could give me, everyone was screaming in front of the room, we couldn't sleep properly. While I was trying to use the pool, 10-15 children came and occupied the area, they didn't leave anyone in peace. The same children screamed in front of the room all night and in the morning. I couldn't understand how these people weren't inspected and how they weren't warned. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel, they didn't give me any conditioner or toothpaste. Shampoo and shower gel were supposedly all together, my hair was ruined and broke, I tried to fix my hair all night. The only good thing about the hotel was that there was a market and a taxi stand nearby. It was also very close to Ilica bus station, and it was clean. But I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to these parts.
