AAnonymous UserThe B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor.
Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us.
Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time.
In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back.
Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me.
We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping.
Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated.
And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby.
MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer.

RRICHARD JOHNWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

GGuest UserI drove to Nalati and stayed in this hotel. I was very satisfied. The room is nice, facing the mountains and grasslands, and there is a beautiful courtyard. The facilities are complete, and there is a washing machine in the room, which is very suitable for us when we are out for a long time and don’t have enough clean clothes.
The breakfast was simple but there were four small dishes which were all delicious.
Parking in the yard is very convenient. We were in a hurry to eat, and the boss parked the car for us. It felt like valet parking in a five-star hotel, haha.

GGuest UserFacilities: A smart homestay equipped with Tmall Genie, full of technology. I have to say that there are more charging sockets than you can imagine. Usually, there are 5 sockets in a row. For modern people who are anxious about power🔋, it is definitely a perfect design.
Hygiene: As a mother who plans three generations of parent-child travel on a daily basis, hygiene issues are the bottom line. The hygiene issues of this homestay are deeply recognized by old babies.
Environment: You can pick the stars with your hands at night, which is not an exaggeration at all. The photo is attached, the starry sky and mountains at 12 o'clock in the evening in the night scene mode of the mobile phone in the yard. (I took the children to know the Big Dipper✌️).
Service: As a mother who travels frequently, there are really few things that I can give high scores. The owner and the proprietress of this store treat every tenant like family.
For example, if guests arrive at the hotel in the early morning, they will turn on the room lights in advance and wait for late guests in the lobby, just like waiting for family members who come back late; if guests want to eat hot pot after playing at night, the kitchen will immediately arrange it; if guests check out of the room late, they will not keep calling to urge them, but wait patiently and remind them not to forget their valuables... They also take the initiative to bring a few bottles of water, pack steamed buns for fear that the guests will be hungry, and arrange egg noodles for children who don’t eat spicy food...
Summary: I have been to Xinjiang more than once, and I haven’t played Nalati enough. Every time I come, I must stay here. There is no other place✌️

* Large windows offer expansive vista of Yining.Thick curtains fully shut out penetrative sunlight
* Air conditioning cools down room quickly - room is 20/22 sq m, outside temperatures over 30°C with strong direct sunlight.
* Location. Old Town just 12 minute walk away. Passenger bus station (Sayram lake/Khorgas/ Almaty) 5 minutes. Restaurants serving beer, convenience stores, pharmacy, ice cream, coffee shops close by.

GGuest UserThis homestay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the warm decoration. The sheets have a light fragrance and are super comfortable to sleep on. The room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is very considerate. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to interesting places in the surrounding area and helped us plan the itinerary, which saved us a lot of detours. Here, you feel as comfortable as at home. The location is also amazing. It is right in the Kazanchi scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also many specialty snack shops and convenience stores around, which gives it a strong sense of life.
The room and the yard also have ethnic characteristics, which are particularly nice for taking photos. The landlord’s care can be seen in every detail. The room is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. I had a great time living here. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends!
I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Facilities: In addition to the separate bathroom in the yurt, the door is translucent and a bit inconvenient. Everything else is fine. The room is very clean and the heating is quite warm at night.

DDuoduomumuYining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking!
The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful!
Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots
