Only repair is even the water in the pools should be warmer.

Such a beautiful, and peaceful hotel, the staff is good and welcoming. Unfortunately, it’s far from Aveiro city center, but you may find the right connection to the nature.

My husband has stayed here previously on business and thought it would be a place I would enjoy. It was, however our stay was marred by the very poor service. This was due to a lack of trained staff . It was August , the hotel was busy and there were just not enough staff who knew what they were doing to give a level of service you should be able to expect in a 5 star hotel.
The facilities were good, breakfast was also good
and the food offer was good when you finally got it.
I’m sure if you visit at less busy times of the year you will enjoy your stay.
It was a disappointing end to our holiday
