This hotel's conditions are far below those of a five-star hotel. In no way should this be considered a five star hotel! On the first point, my room was located next to the Entrance Hall and Spa, and with so much noise it is impossible to sleep/rest. Constant noise until the early hours of the morning and again in the morning. On a second point, was there no hot water in the room? How is it possible in a five-star hotel to have to shower in cold water??? How come there isn't even hot water to take a shower?? The hotel completely fell short of expectations, I don't want to go back and much less recommend a similar experience to anyone I know. Ultimately, people should be warned not to come!
