Beautiful hotel but very poor service. Reasonable coffee and there was no one in the restaurant to serve you. Poor maintenance of facilities. The pool's wooden deck had loose and uneven wood, which could even cause accidents.
I tried to speak to the hotel reception on the phone several times to ask a question and I was unable to complete the call. The WhatsApp channel they provide does not work. They see your message but simply don't respond. Bad experience.

A pousada apresenta um ar de simples mas chic. Aconchegante com muita vista p mata . Para chegar rua asfaltada, facil acesso. As pessoas que trabalham na pousada são extremamente educados e atenciosos. Cafe da manha dos deuses!! Fica um pouco afastada da praia e do centro exigindo carro …ou moto ou bike… Voltaria c certeza ! Amei a estadia. Ambiente bom p familia ou casal!

O ambiente do hotel é uma delícia. A piscina é super charmosa e a mata ao fundo dá uma sensação de isolamento maravilhosa. A quietude do paraíso só não foi maior porque o isolamento acústico dos quartos não é tão bom e, quando fomos, haviam algumas crianças bem barulhentas que nos incomodaram um pouco durante a noite e logo cedo, de manhã.

Ótima estadia, quarto, atendimento, cafe da manha, estrutura e localização excelentes. Apenas resolva para a piscina, que informaram que era aquecida, mas a água estava gelada. Uma pena.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Adoramos o quarto que dá para uma jardim lindo. A cama é deliciosa e nosso filho dormiu super bem também. Recomendamos para todos. Muito bem localizado e a piscina aquecida foi incrível. O restaurante no hotel foi ótimo para jantar em quanto o bebê dormia.
