Desde a recepcao, ate o checkout, foi tudo muito bom. Equipe muito amistosa, disposta a tudo para transformar a experiencia da hospedagem. As fotos dos quartos nao refletiram nossa suite, mas isso nao tirou o brilho da hospedagem. Voltaremos!

A pousada é excelente, boas instalações e funcionários (em sua grande maioria) são muito atenciosos. O restaurante anexo (Flamboyant) tem comida ótima, apesar de preços salgados.

Qualidade de atendimento impecável
Fiquei extremamente satisfeito com a experiência. O que mais me chamou a atenção foi o atendimento excepcional de todos os funcionários. Desde a recepção até o serviço de quarto, todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e a garantir uma estadia agradável.
A localização do hotel também é um ponto forte. É de fácil acesso e permite aproveitar bem as belezas naturais de Ilhabela. O quarto em que fiquei estava bem limpo, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor e confortável.
Outro destaque é o restaurante do hotel, especialmente a pizza, que é simplesmente maravilhosa. Foi uma agradável surpresa.
O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o conforto dos travesseiros, que estavam muito moles e não tão convidativos.
No geral, minha experiência foi muito positiva e recomendo este hotel para quem estiver planejando uma visita a Ilhabela.
