Beautiful hotel
Slow pool service
Drinks by the pool weren't cold, it was very hot the days I stayed. I complained a few times, but it didn't help
Every day there were several power outages and there was no light for many minutes

Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo, espaços comuns muito bons e bonitos . Os colaboradora são muito atenciosos e prestativos . Tivemos que vir embora 1 dia antes, por problemas de saúde, e infelizmente o hotel não faz Reembolso de diária não usada já paga , nem oferece como crédito para uso posterior. De qualquer forma, voltaremos!

O hotel e lindo. Frequentamos a ilha a 8 anos e, sinceramente, não imaginei que teria um hotel com esta estrutura. Tudo perfeito, desde a recepção, o cuidado em deixarem um bilhete escrito a mão parabenizando a família pelo aniversário de casamento, agilidade nas respostas, estrutura, piscinas, adoramos a experiência e agora retornaremos todos os anos.

Hotel muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã, limpeza e organização ótima, a piscina climatizada compensou bem a temperatura um pouco mais baixa. Como viajamos como uma criança de 2 anos e vimos vários pequenos, uma brinquedoteca no local seria de grande utilidade.

Tudo excelente. Do simpático atendimento no check in, almoço do EME Haus, deck pra mergulhar no mar, piscina climatizada, café da manhã, tudo perfeito. Ambiente limpo e tranquilo, bem organizado. Fomos para um casamento e vamos voltar nas férias, com certeza.
