Excelente hotel!! Tudo muito organizado e preparado com muito carinho. Nosso niver de casamento na suite Esmeralda foi espetacular. Parabéns ao casal Mônica e Ronaldo pela admiração impecável. Tudo estava de excelente qualidade, banheira de hidromassagem no quarto com vista incrivel pro mar, natureza exuberante ao nosso redor, com gruta, cachoeira com peixes, paisagismo deslumbrante e gastronomia deliciosa. A academia é muito completa tambem e o spa oferece massagens de otima qualidade.

Localização excelente, atendimento gentil, café da manhã variado e comida do restaurante muito boa tb. Pontos negativos: o secador de cabelos é pequeno e fraco, daqueles que precisa ficar apertando o botãozinho pra ele funcionar. Absurdo. Se vc gosta de secar o cabelo, fazer escova e modelar, leve o seu. As tomadas de um dos quartos eram antigas e não dava pra ligar o laptop de 3 pinos. Mas eu não deixaria de voltar e nem de indicar este hotel. Isto pode ser resolvido facilmente.

Hotel maravilhoso, localização fantástica! Ter serviço de praia e estar a 5min de caminhada da Vila, em Ilhabela, não tem preço!!! Serviço e quartos impecáveis! Equipe excepcionalmente treinada!!!! Não vejo a hora de voltar!!!! Comida muito boa!!!

Excelente estrutura e localização. Café da manhã excelente. Quartos e banheiro limpos, cama grande e confortável, sala de ginástica, sauna, equipe muito atenciosa. Perto da Vila, vale a pena conhecer. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes. Super recomendo.

Una maravilla de estadía. El desayuno delicioso con todo tipo de opciones: celiacos, keto, vegetarianos, veganos. El fitness center, amplio y moderno. Con máquinas Technogym de primera. El spa una delicia. No aparece en las páginas pero los saunas y jacuzzi eran parte del servicio. La gente que atendía era muy agradable. Los dueños maravilloso. La ubicación perfecta; frente a la playa y a 10 minutos caminando del centro histórico. Me quedaría feliz de nuevo.

Ótima opção, próximo ao centro, café da manhã excelente, ótimo custo beneficio. Quartos confortáveis, e ótimo atendimento. Não tem luxo, mas as camas sao confortáveis banheiro com chuveiro bom, quadras de beach e tênis ótimas. Gostamos muito.
