In the house it is necessary to bring bed and bath linen (pillowcases, sheets and towels) as it has pillows with cover and bedspreads.

Amazing views!!
Pictures don't do this home justice. Everything was perfect and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Pierluigi and Billy are fantastic hosts and responded immediately to any questions. No issues with wifi connection throughout the house. Despite it raining most of our trip, the views were stunning from deck and master bedroom. Restaurants and grocery store less than a five minute drive. I highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. We had an amazing vacation!

Ilhabela vacation
The property was as described, in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The check-in and out process was easy, the assistant helped us find the home immediately after we landed on Ilhabela.
This would have been the perfect vacation, however there was one main problem. There was construction immediately next to the house on the other side of the property line. It was very noisy, and the workers were frequently looking at the women I had brought with me. They were so close to the property , high up and over looking into the pool area. The ladies did not feel comfortable swimming. It became a problem, even on Saturday. I decided to leave early because of this and the poor weather.
The owner of the property was good with communication and tried to resolve the problem, unsuccessfully. We reached an agreement to refund some of the trip cost.

A casa é exatamente como descrita no anúncio e fotos. Bem localizada, inclusive sem trânsito algum pela localização. Uma vista incrível! A atenção do proprietário e do funcionário tbm foi mto boa, sempre a disposição .Recomendo :)

Tivemos uma sema a espetacular, a casa e exatamente como se apresentam nas fotos, essa foi a segunda vez que aluguei uma das casa do Sr. LUIGI, e como sempre, muito atencioso e cuidadoso conosco, sem falar do Billy, o assistente do Sr. Luigi, eles sempre a total disposicao, recomendo e claro que voltarei.

A casa tem area externa com uma vista surreal e integracao com natureza. No anuncio tem fotos antigas da area externa onde a casa ta cercada pelo verde e sem vista. É mto mais bonito atualmente porque se ve o mar e montanhas.Casa arejada,limpa,pratica. Cozinha equipada e arejada.Nao tinha mto mosquito, parecia dedetizada.Chuveiro a gas, gas de cozinha reserva e limpeza automatica da piscina, tudo pratico. Como toda casa em morro, ha ladeira ingreme pra subir, mas ha 2 caminhos, sendo um menos ingreme. Em dia de chuva é mais sofrido subir ate a casa se o carro nao tiver motor e preparo. O vizinho ao lado reside e tava com som fora do normal,o que nao condiz com o silencio da regiao e integracao com a Natureza, mas pedimos cordialmente pra baixar e depois de 3 tentativas ele parou. Eu voltarei, poque é linda a casa e a vista.
