The hotel has been modernised to a great standard and has everything you need at a great location and very competitive price.
I dropped a star because the floor hadn’t been swept or cleaned…but due to the high standard of cleaning elsewhere…it could’ve just been an oversight.
TIP - no parking at hotel but there’s free parking 6pm-8am at the Harbour carpark to save the high overnight costs in the council carpark.
I would definitely stay here again.

We were due to stay in this hotel last weekend however my mom passed away on the Wednesday totally unexpected. I asked if they would refund the 2 nights stay and their reply was lacking empathy or any kind of human decency. Whilst I appreciate that my booking was non refundable, I would not have asked if it was due to something on my part such as some other emergency etc… however I felt my mom passing away could have been met with more kindness.

It’s a very nice hotel not a lot of noise but the WiFi in certain rooms doesn’t work well and the phone signal isn’t strong enough to counteract it

Room was clean and comfortable, looked newly refurbished. Bathroom nice and clean. Shower good. Loads of hot water. Check in staff lovely. Very warm and polite. Breakfast staff again bey nice . Room rates very reasonable.

It was unique of the location and how close the amenities are the only problem is the parking everywhere has a charge on the parking. Depending on the time of year there is either a lot of night life or non at all but the scenery and the walking areas were beautiful

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Grand Harbour. The hotel was really clean, the staff were really friendly, and it was great value for money. There isn’t any parking, but lots of nearby car parks. The food was nice, and lovely views over the harbour from its sister hotel. The only down side was the drinks were a little pricey. Would recommend it for a nice break near the harbour.
