We booked this hotel a month ago ,
In the day of cheek in they said they are going to divert us another hotel and they did.
I had chosen a double bedroom with a bunker bed for my kid ,
When they sent me to other hotel double room has benn provided but thereasnt any extra bunker bed ,
We had to walk 7 minutes far from the this place for transfer
Receptionist said he can call taxi if we want , But who is hoing to pay for that ?
The receptionist was nice yung man , he was nice calm and with good behavior
Overall, i don't recommend because when they transfer to another hotel it may led to a security issue

Requested a deposit of £100 and did not have a card on me. I gave many different solutions since it would be difficult to travel back to get a card. Did not want to compromise or even offer any solutions and was very rude and unprofessional. Did not even respond back when trying to contact and did not get a refund, had to book elsewhere and money was more or less stolen.

When we are there in hotel, they trasfer us to another hotel.

The room smelled and the heating was not working, the beds were dirty and neglected and we could hear mouse noises coming from the room, they were scratching the walls, we did not want to stay and we left within the first hour.
