I wouldn’t stay again. Considering it’s of the high end prices of Travelodges, it’s not value for money. The noise both inside the hotel from other customers and staff all through the night meant I barely slept at all and outside from other customers all night too. The bathroom smelt damp and the room itself could have been cleaner.

To express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of room, where I stayed. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. More concerningly, the bathtub was covered in black mold. This is not only unsightly but also poses a significant health risk. I found this to be completely unacceptable and indicative of a lack of proper hygiene practices within the room. The uncleanliness of the room and the presence of black mold significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling very unsatisfied with the overall experience.

Perfect spot in Ilford for a quiet and comfortable stay right next to the Harvester for some good food. Can’t fault the staff here they’re very kind. Big shout out to Jayne she’s amazing always make sure our experience here is the best and goes above and beyond.

Jayne was incredible friendly and so helpful. After a really long day of travelling and working her professional and personal manner was exactly what I needed. The hotel is in a great location for my work. The facilities are clean and the bed is comfortable. Happy customer!

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Gants Hill! The hotel is clean, well-located, and offers great value for money. The room was tidy, comfortable, and perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day in London. A special shoutout to Jayne, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—nothing was too much trouble for her. Jayne went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. Staff like her make all the difference! Highly recommend this Travelodge if you're looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay in East London.

Room & bathroom, and common areas clean - it was quiet so we slept soundly and the double bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. Bedding was clean. Bathroom. Room was not too snug - there was a double bed and 2 single beds - enough moving room if you each just gave an overnight duffel. Car park was secure and well lit even though no barrier to enter
