The hotel is situated approximately 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. My room had a good view of the water. Nothing special about the room but it had the usual amenities. My stay was for 3 nights and not once was the room cleaned or towels/essentials replenished. I would have expected a bit better service for this price range but options are very limited on the island. Food-wise most restaurants were closed as it’s the off-season, most meals were bought at a grocery store and ate in the hotel room. Honestly speaking I would not stay at this hotel again if I were to come back to the island. Also, the staff are not very friendly or welcoming, I greeted them each time I saw them and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge you. As they say in French, c’est la vie.

Hotel avec peu de charme si ce n'est son restaurant qui semble pas faire partie de l'hotel. Personnel de la reception pas sympathique, pas souriante et pas accueillant. On a l'impression de déranger. La chambre a été réservée il y a 3 mois et on nous donne une chambre avec vue sur un parking de plus très petite pour 2 adultes et un enfant. On y retournera certainement pas, mais peut être au restaurant seulement.

Nous etions au Chateau du 23 au 27 aout. Quelle déception. si on voulait des serviettes (nous étions 4 dans la chambre) il faillait monter a pied au 2eme, et ensuite prendre l ascenseur pour monter au 3eme pour en avoir et ce, chaque jour. meme chose pour le café de la petite cafetiere 2 tasses et aussi pour le papier de toilette. Personne n est venu faire le ménage pendant ces 4 jours, les poubelles etaient pleines. quel désastre. DERNIER MATIN , MANQUE DE PAPIER DE TOILETTE ET ON DOIT QUITTER JE VOUS LAISSE IMAGINER un matin on se présente a 8:25 hr a la salle a manger pour déjeuner et on nous demande de bien vouloir quitter la salle parce qu ils doivent se préparer pour le diner Meme pas le temps de boire notre café. PLUS JAMAIS AUX ILES DE LA MADELEINE ET ENCORE MOINS A CE ``SUPPOSÉ`CHATEAU``

Le personnel est très gentil, la vue de ma chambre était magnifique, l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir l'ensemble des Îles, le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Seuls petits points négatifs : le chauffage faisait un bruit d'enfer et j'aurai aimé être prévenue que le bain tourbillon à la piscine était fermé.
