Hauptgrund für ein Stern:
Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es angeblich einen Spa-Bereich besitzt. Telefonisch wurde mir dies bestätigt und ich habe mich darum für das Ilanz teurere Hotel entschieden. Nach der Ankunft teilte man mir mit, dass nun der SPA Bereich aufgrund Wasserschaden nicht genutzt werden kann. Das kann man verstehen. Was ich nicht verstehe ist, dass mir das Personal mehrmals bestätigte, am Tag 3 und 4 meines Aufenthalts das SPA nutzen zu können. So wartete ich ab und konnte dann wieder nicht das SPA nutzen, weil sie offenbar keine Mühe machten, es zeitnah zu reparieren.
Ich hackte nach und sagte, dass ich nur wegen dem das Hotel gebucht hatte. Forsch wies man mich ab und sagte: "Unfälle gibt es halt, wir können nichts für sie tun".
Na gut, wenn ihr nichts für mich tun könnt, brauche ich euch auch kein weiteres Geld zu geben. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man mir in irgendeiner Form entgegenkommt, auch wenn dies nur ein Vorschlag für ein anderes Spa wäre.
Zudem musste ich Kurtaxen zahlen, obwohl ich geschäftlich anreiste.
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt drei Sterne wert, aber bei drei Sternen wird es ihren Chef nicht so dringlich lesen wie jetzt ;)

Komme wieder…..
Grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Der Empfang vom Herr an der Reception war sehr verhalten. Einen Gast zu Empfangen müsste doch etwas schönes sein. Ich war mir nicht sicher ob man sich freut über den Besuch. Dafür waren die Damen am Morgen an der Reception und beim Frühstück sehr nett.
Easy, gesamthaft gesehen für geschäftliche Übernachtungen absolut gut. Komme wieder.

Rundum gelungen. Großes Zimmer, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, prima Frühstück, ausreichend Parkplätze, direkt am kleinen Bahnhof, das ist hier ein Vorteil. Alles gut!
