- 이불을 덮으면 몸이 따끔거려 잠을 잘수가 없었음
- 난방(온풍, 온돌 등)이 되지않아 밤새 추웠음
- 침대가 2개인 방을 예약했는데 실제는 없었음
- 불친절하였음
