The hotel's artificial hot spring "Nigu Yu no Hana" is a highlight. After soaking in the hot spring, all the fatigue in the body is swept away. In terms of service, the hotel staff is warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, you can feel their professionalism and attentiveness throughout the whole process, which makes people feel warm. If I have the opportunity to come to Osaka next time, Green Ridge Hotel Itami Osaka will still be my first choice.
