- Staff were very polite and efficient
- The non smoking suite that we booked was a huge room, with 2 queen size beds, a dining room, a toilet and outdoor bath area
- Special highlight for the room: pets are allowed to stay in the room ! There’re many pets amenities provided inside the suite, such as pets food tray, water container, small animal cage…

This is a ryokan I stopped by for a while while traveling in Osaka. I received a shuttle service from the station. The facilities were old and not my style, but I was satisfied with the price. We booked a family room with one bed and two meals. When booking, we specified seven people and it was a family suite.
