Ich hatte Zimmer 3 Ein sehr lautes Zimmer, in die Jahre gekommen und wieso ich dieses Zimmer bekam obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war weiß ich nicht . Ich würde hier nicht !!! noch einmal übernachten Viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird….. Dazu passt auch , dass es aus angeblichen Ressourcengrpnden nur alle 2 Tage Zimmerservice gibt.

Ich bin hier auf der Durchreise für einen Stopp gelandet. Das Hotel und Restaurant steht zum Verkauf. Aber wer will eine solche Bruchbude mit Renovierungstau schon kaufen. Mit war die junge Dame Empfang. Diese hat einen schlimmen Fehler des Zimmermädchensausgebügelt (mehr möchte ich dazu nicht sagen, das haben wir direkt gelöst). So, mit dem jetzigen Eigentümer, würde ich dringend von einem Besuch hier abraten. Restaurant und Bar sind geschlossen. Wie dies Hotel mal an vier Sterne gekommen ist, wird ein Mysterium bleiben. Im Augenblick mit Rezeption, die nur halbtags besetzt ist, keine Bar, kein Restaurant, ist schon der Zimmerpreis sehr frech.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße unweit vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt von Ihringen. Von hier aus kann man einige Unternehmungen starten. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist in fast allen Bereichen sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Matratze ist super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad war vom WC getrennt. Das Bad ist von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend. Die Dusche wäre an sich super, allerdings ist der Duschkopf auszutauschen, da dieser rinnt. Der Balkon ist schön, allerdings wurde hier vergessen sauber zu machen. Es waren Spinnweben und viele Haare vom Vorgänger vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei. Wer sich hier nichts findet der hat selber schuld. Das gesamte Team war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Restaurant war komplett geschlossen.
Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug war für mich, gehbehindert nicht zu erreichen.
Musste Aufpreis (15€) für Zimmer über Aufzug zu erreichen zahlen. Also 30€ für Diskriminierung zahlen.
Das erste Zimmer was dann angeboten wurde war nicht gemacht, also benutzt. Also nochmal wechseln.
Grundsätzlich schlechte Reinigung, Toilette im Zimmer dreckig und im allgemeinen Bereich ebenfalls.
Das Hotel geht gar nicht, wenn man schon Personalmangel als ressourcenschonend bezeichnet fühle ich mich verschaukelt.

Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen. Keine Minibar. Rezeption nur tagsüber mit Azubi besetzt, die keinerlei qualifizierte Auskunft geben konnte.
Im Weinkühlschrank (Selbstbedienung!) war an 2 von 3 Tagen kein Wein.

No tissue box in bathroom, light bulb was not working, reading lights not working, work list for staff forgotten in the room, we stayed 3 nights, although we asked for fresh towels we didn’t get, bedspread was left on the floor, used glasses not exchanged!
